Announced today by RIM along with 4 other devices is the BlackBerry Torch 9860 all-touch device. The 9860 model was also confirmed by AT&T as a coming soon device for them. The BlackBerry Torch 9860 will have a 3.7" display, optical trackpad, BlackBerry 7 OS, and 5MP camera with HD video capture.
