If you're an AT&T customer that's eagerly awaiting the LG Thrill 4G to help you get your 3D on, well, you might be waiting a few weeks more. Originally thought to be launching on August 7th, a newly-leaked Radio Shack memo shows that the Thrill has been pushed back two weeks later to August 21st. No reason for the delay has been given, but those of you that want to guarantee yourself a handset on day one can now pre-order the Thrill at The Shack until August 15th.
This news isn't exactly the kind of thing we were hoping for to help us kick off the weekend, but hey, at least the delay is only two weeks, right? Maybe you should pass the time by thinking of all the awesome things you'll be able to film in 3D once the Thrill does finally arrive. Then when the phone does finally launch, you'll be all set to become the Spielberg of 3D films shot on a smartphone.
