Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 finally became available late last week in a WiFi-only model, and a Verizon 4G LTE-enabled flavor is expected to arrive sometime in the near future. Now it appears that the Tab 10.1 may eventually make its way to AT&T as well, as a version of Sammy's latest Android tablet recently passed through the FCC with support for the same 850/1900MHz bands that AT&T uses for its 3G.
As usual, just because a device appears in the FCC with support for a certain carrier's 3G doesn't necessarily mean that said device is actually coming to that carrier. Considering how Samsung's been more than happy to spread some of its previous Android devices across several operators in the past, though, an AT&T Galaxy Tab 10.1 isn't out of the realm of possibility.
