The BlackBerry Torch 2 has been the star of more than a few leaks lately, but if you prefer to see unannounced handsets on video rather than in still photos — and who doesn't? — we've got you covered. RIM's latest portrait slider has been given the once-over by the folks at Engadget, and the site came away impressed with the performance of the 1.2GHz processor, which is quite a bump up from the 624MHz CPU of the original, as well as the screen's 640x480 resolution and touch sensitivity. The Torch 2's keyboard is said to be just about the same as the one found on the original model, although that's not necessarily a bad thing since BlackBerrys are often heralded for their well-made QWERTY 'boards. Although the Torch 2 hasn't even been announced yet, the rumor mill is claiming that it could be landing on AT&T's shelves as soon as next month. Considering that the device is said to be a leap ahead of its predecessor in just about every regard, I'm sure the many of the BlackBerry faithful would agree that its launch can't come soon enough.
