We haven't heard much about the Samsung Infuse 4G ever since it was announced way back in January, but it appears that the 4.5-inch superphone may finally be close to launch. Samsung and AT&T haven't given up any release details on the Infuse 4G just yet but, according to a Walmart circular handed over to the folks at Android Central, the device will be landing sometime next month for $178.88. As a quick refresher, the Infuse 4G packs a 4.5-inch, 800x480 Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.2GHz Hummingbird CPU, an 8-megapixel camera with HD video capture, 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter, and Android 2.2.
Despite the fact that both Sammy and AT&T haven't made so much as a peep about the Infuse lately, we did see the device pass through the FCC recently, so a launch next month doesn't seem out of the question. If the Infuse 4G is indeed arriving in May, we should be hearing more about it sooner rather than later, so stay tuned!
