If you are a TCI or Opex long distance user or looking to become one, changes to their toll free number fees have occurred.  Over 2 years ago (March 2009) TCI Long Distance purchased Opex.  Still today you will find separate plans offered by each company.  With State-to-State rates as low as 2.7 ¢/min and In-State rates at 3.9 ¢/min with certain States and plans, we are sure you can find a plan that will work for you.

Customers ordering or transferring their current toll free number to Opex/TCI should be aware of the updates listed below.

1. Toll Free Vanity number fee. All toll free vanity number requests (i.e. a personalized 800 number) shall be charged a one time fee of $29.99 per vanity number prior to the securing of said vanity number.  The $29.99 vanity number fee must be paid before the number is obtained. 

2. Toll Free Number Port Out request fee. All toll free number port out requests shall be subject to a Toll Free number port out request fee of $9.99 per number, per request.  The $9.99 port request fee must be paid before the toll free number is ported out to another carrier.  

3. Enhanced Toll Free routing fee.  All requests for enhanced toll free routing (e.g. routing of calls to variable "point to" numbers based on originating ANI or time of day) shall be subject to a $9.99 monthly fee for each such request.
