Last week we heard reports of T-Mobile potentially cutting the price of their Even More and Even More Plus unlimited plans, and today rumors of another plan change have emerged. According to a screenshot sent over to TmoNews, Magenta is planning to unveil an unlimited data plan at some point later this year.
Obviously T-Mobile already offers an unlimited data plan to its customers, but users that exceed 5GB of usage with that offering will see their data speeds throttled. The details of this new plan aren't totally clear just yet, but the screenshot says that the new option is "an unlimited data plan for more than 5GB of data use," so at the very least users will be able to consume more data before getting their speeds throttled by Magenta, if there will be any throttling at all with the new offering. We'll keep you updated with more details as they're made available, so stay tuned.
