Up until now, we've really only ever seen the Windows Phone 7-powered HTC 7 Pro with a Sprint tattoo on its body. However, the more CDMA-averse of us will be happy to see the photo above, which was tweeted earlier today by Arne of the::unwired. Arne says that the GSM 7 Pro is very much alive and is on track to be released some time early next year, although there was no other information provided.
Many of us assumed that HTC would be bringing a GSM-friendly version of the 7 Pro at some point, but it's always nice to get confirmation. After all, the Touch Pro2 came to both T-Mobile and AT&T, so why wouldn't we see the 7 Pro stateside? I just hope that Microsoft gets home screen landscape support built into WP7 at some point soon, because the 7 Pro in the photo above looks kind of strange without it.
