ELIGIBILITY: The “12 Days of PhoneDog Christmas” Sweepstakes (Promotion) is open to all persons 16 years of age and older. If winning participant is less than 18 years of age, written parental consent is required before we will ship the prize. All persons affiliated with PhoneDog Media are ineligible to win the drawing. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: LIKE Facebook.com/phonedog anytime before 7PM EST of December 7th, 10th, or 13th 2010 to be eligible for each particular drawing being held on each night. All LIKES received will be entered into the “12 Days of PhoneDog Christmas” Sweepstakes.
PRIZES: Three (3) new mobile devices, with 1 device being awarded on December 7th, 10th, and 13th, 2010.
DRAWING METHOD: The winner will be randomly chosen using the services of random.org during a live broadcast on the PhoneDog.com Facebook page at http://bit.ly/PhoneDogLive at 8:00 PM EST December 7th, 10th, and 13th, 2010.
PROMOTION PERIOD ENDS: 7PM EST on December 13th.
WINNER NOTIFICATIONS AND SHIPPING: Winning participant will be contacted via Facebook messaging or contact information stated on their Facebook account. To claim the prize, winners must respond within 48 hours from the time of the notification original sending time. Inside of the United States, the prize will be shipped according to PhoneDog.com standard practices. If the participant is a resident of a country outside of the United States, PhoneDog.com will provide a $20.00 credit for shipping. The winning participant is responsible for providing us with the shipping methods of their choice to receive the prize. Participant is also responsible for any costs incurred for shipping, above the $20.00 credit provided by PhoneDog Media. The participant is the responsible party for the package once it leaves the United States. If for any reason, the winning participant becomes ineligible or unable to receive the prize, a randomly chosen runner-up will be awarded the giveaway device.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning is based on the quantity of PhoneDog Facebook LIKES at 7PM EST on the night of each drawing..
TERMS OF SERVICE OF PRIZE: Device awarded does not come with a monthly service plan, as the winner is awarded only the device, and not any service(s) provided by any carrier.
INVALID ENTRIES: Winners cannot have duplicate Facebook accounts and must have only (1) legitimate Facebook account with a minimum of 10 friends. Any person deemed to be fraudulent by PhoneDog Media will be invalid. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void.
