Sprint may be igniting the flames of a fanboy war with a new survey posted on the carrier's website. On their community forums, Sprint has posted a poll question asking its customers which mobile platform the No. 3 carrier should focus more on. As of this writing, there are nearly 2,000 votes in the poll and webOS is blowing away the competition with 76 percent of the votes. Android is in second place with 21 percent, while Windows Phone 7 and BlackBerry are lagging behind with two percent and one percent of the votes, respectively.
I don't know about you, but I'm extremely surprised by the results of the poll, at least as they stand right now. The Pre and Pixi were first available on Sprint, but it seems like the EVO and Epic, as well as Sprint's other Android devices, have been much more popular with customers than Palm's handsets. The poll is only open to Sprint subscribers, so if you're currently on the Now Network, head on over and vote for your favorite mobile OS. Those of you not using a Sprint phone, which would platform would you vote for?
