It's not coming until early 2011, but the BlackBerry PlayBook is already garnering attention.  With a 1 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, and RIM's new QNX operating system, it's a solid piece of mobile technology.  It'll go up against the iPad and whatever comes out this holiday season, so expect it to enter a crowded field next year.
