In a surprise move this afternoon, RIM co-CEO Mike Lazaridis took the wraps off of the BlackBerry PlayBook, the company's first tablet computer. Sporting a 1 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, dual HD cameras (3-megapixel on the front, 5-megapixel on the back), and a 7-inch display, it's a direct competitor to the iPad and could be the first enterprise-level option when it comes to market in early 2011.
