One week after Apple's press conference, the iPhone Case Program is in full swing, and there's quite a selection available. In addition to Apple's bumper case (black), there are also options by Incase, Belkin, Griffin, and Speck. I processed a case order this morning, and it was surprisingly easy. To redeem, download the "Case Program" application onto your iPhone. Once you log in using your iTunes ID, you're presented with a list of the available cases, which you can click on for more information and larger pictures. Select one, confirm your shipping address, and that's it! It's on the way. The cases ship in 3-5 weeks, so be sure to get that order in as quickly as possible before orders begin to back up.
For those that purchased an iPhone 4, flipped it, and are hoping to get a free case, think again. Apple has configured the system to where it only accepts one case order per iPhone 4, so attempting to place two orders raises a red flag in Apple's system. Interestingly enough, it won't even let you back into the application - it stops you after you log in with your iTunes ID.
Now that the program is available to the public, one question remains: which case are you going to pick? Ultimately, I decided on the clear Incase Snap Case, but it was a tough call between it, the Belkin Shield Micra, and the iPhone 4 bumper. How about you?
