A few weeks ago Samsung revealed its up and coming 7-inch tablet via Twitter. Today, it looks like the same folks from Vietnam who brought you leaked iPhone 4 (before we knew what to call it) images and video, are at it again. According to Tinhte, the Samsung Galaxy Tape - as it is said to be called - will be sporting Froyo, a 1.2GHz A8 processor, 16GB on-board storage with microSD capacity up to 32GB, Super AMOLED screen, and a 4,000mAH battery. I should mention, if Samsung is right about its Super AMOLED technology, this new tab will have screen resolution comparable to the new iPhone, and hence better than the iPad. Just a thought. The device is said to weigh in at 370 grams (just shy of a pound) and will be running Samsung's TouchWiz UI just like the Samsung Galaxy S. I haven't had the opportunity to play with TouchWiz myself, but, as sexy as the Galaxy S is, the Galaxy Tape ain't too shabby itself. Anyone care to join me in line for this thing?
