After seeing video chat demonstrated on the HTC EVO 4G this week, I began to think about the technology.  Sure, video chat is a neat feature, but save for a few niche users, it really hasn't taken off in the United States.  With EVO supporting it out of the box (and with support for other devices rumored in the future), communication as we know it may be changing.
