When it comes down to it, who doesn't like free stuff? That's right, no one. If you own a Palm Pre or Pixi, you're in a public place, and you look like you need an accessory, be prepared for a potential "random act of wow" from a Palm employee. The company specifically mentions that it could be anything from "some cool Palm stickers" (woo hoo!), to colorful backplates for the Pixi, to a Touchstone charger.
From Palm's blog:
"...starting today, a small group of tote-bag-toting Palm envoys will be on the lookout for folks who look like they could use a free Palm accessory. It could be a case, a colorful induction-charging back for the Palm Pixi, a Palm Touchstone Charging Dock -- or maybe even some cool Palm stickers!"
Though there's no word on where these Palm ambassadors are or how long they're going to be giving away stuff, the campaign is unique and I hope it works out well for them (as well as it possibly can work out, that is). If you score an accessory, be sure to give us a shout!
