A while back a rumor about "Motorola's Last Chance Phone" hit the blogosphere. Word was that MOTO R&D had a superphone up its sleeve that would basically be the company's last attempt to rise from the ashes and inch their way back towards global mobile dominance. Today that phone has a name, a look, and a spec sheet ... if you believe BGR.
The MOTO Alexander is a somewhat odd (unique? I think it's odd) looking WIndows smartphone said to be on track for release in the fourth quarter of this year. According to BGR Alexander will rock either WinMo 6.1 or 7, a 5+ MP camera, and an NVIDIA chip to handle 3D graphics. Is this for real? Is it too little too late for MOTO? Is it just plain ugly? Or is Alexander destined to be the next Great phone from Motorola? Get it - "Alexander the Great"?
