So some website I've never heard of posted "news ... from a very thrustworthy [sic] source," and a blog I read regularly picked it up so, you know ... here you go.  Slow news day, I guess.

MobileCowboys (nice name) claims to have a thrustworthy source (nice typo) who's dead sure for serious reals that Sony Ericsson is going to hold another media event within the next two weeks to announce some more goodies.  On the one hand, SE just had a show and tell for three new Walkman phones.  On the other hand, the would-have-been star of that Show, the W980, was scratched at the last moment.  So it could make some sense that SE would be planning another fete to unveil their new flagship flip phone.

Also, SE's gotta do something.  They're hurtin' in a big way.  X1?  Do I hear X1?  Bueller?
