NVIDIA is showing off their new mobile platform, "Tegra," with a slew of YouTube videos hyping everything how fast, powerful, and energy-efficient the chipset is.  The videos show everything from Quake III at 35 fps to 720p video-out over HDMI emanating from a handheld device.  Below I've embedded the 3D Nav interface for your viewing pleasure.

Announced at Mobile World Congress a few months ago, the Tegra platform - aimed at both smartphones and Intel's new "MID" (Mobile Internet Device) line - will feature an all-in-one system on a chip design boasting some serious video and imaging processing power along with a very energy efficient design.  The Tegra APX 2500 is the smartphone variant, and it promises full 720p HD video capture and playback along with a 12 MP camera (yes, twelve megapixels) and HDMI out.  Sounds good to me - NVIDIA, you want to go ahead and send me a prototype to play with?
