Two more top-level executives left Motorola this week, continuing the company's massive reorganization of its mobile devices division.  Mike Fenger, Head of Mobile Devices in Europe, was let go and will be replaced by current VP of Sales for Europe, Steven Nolan, while Motorola Treasurer Steve Strobel has decided to leave on his own terms.  Nolan will be replaced by Larry R. Raymond, formerly of Sears Roebuck.

These latest departures come hot on the heels of the departure of Chief Marketing Officer Kenneth Keller Jr. and head of mobile devices Stu Reed.  Motorola clearly is somewhere between a shakeup and an implosion here, with several high-ups leaving the company in the weeks following the installation of new CEO Greg Brown, a move that came in the middle of rampant speculation that MOTO was looking to sell off its mobile devices unit entirely. 

While Motorola did exhibit two interesting handsets at CES in January, one of which is now slated for a possible launch on T-Mobile, they were a virtual no-show at the 3GSM show last month in Barcelona.  Rumors are now swirling around a possible big showing at next month's CTIA show in Las Vegas, but it's nearly impossible these days to predict where the troubled company's mobile phone business may or may not be headed.
