Today at the Symbian Smartphone Show in London, Nokia showed off its S60 3rd edition touch screen interface. The cool factor comes in to play with its haptic feedback that gives the user a better awareness of the device's response all via a physical pulse. The OS also adds motion, orientation, proximity and light sensor technologies to further expand the envelope of possible applications and gaming support.
As promised the S60 platform delivers a full web browsing experience as if you were sitting at your pc by including the ability to view flash enabled websites plus backward support for existing 3rd party applications.
