?Unlocked? simply means that the phone is not locked with any particular service provider.  This means that the phone will work with any carrier that supports the band/frequencies specified for the device.  Some features such as picture messaging may not work until the phone is properly configured.  Please contact your service provider if you are not sure about the frequencies they carry or if certain features of your new unlocked device are not working.
