The Samsung i607 is being talked about in the tech world as the Motorla Q competitor. In my opinion there is no comparison because the i607 will have built in Wi-Fi which the Motorola Q lacks.  And what is it about Wi-Fi that makes a device better?  Wi-Fi is the latest cutting edge technology to come to mobile phones. In the past, web browsing on phones was not popular because of the high cost and slow speeds.

Nowadays since PDA phones are becoming more and more like computers, Wi-Fi has been added to the list of features.  With Wi-Fi you can not only access the internet at high speeds, you don't need to worry about high internet rates. Virtually everywhere you go now there is a wireless signal. With Wi-Fi on your PDA you don't need to carry your laptop everywhere you go. 

The i320 does not have Wi-Fi whereas the i600 does. The downside is that both phones are missing GSM 850 band. That is why Samsung has introduced the i607 version of the i600.  This version will have GSM 850 and is for the North American market and will be coming out on the Cingular network.
