PayPal an eBay company that allows consumers to securely, and easily send and receive payments online, has not made it possible for their account holders to send money from their cellular phone.  They have made it possible for users to now send money by text or via a toll free number.  After activating your phone, there are three easy steps to follow for completing the transaction.

TEXT MESSAGING 

1. Text to 729725 (PAYPAL) with the amount and recipient's phone number.  Use the commands "send" and "to".
2. When PayPal calls you back, enter your PIN to confirm.
3. PayPal immediately notifies your recipient of the payment and tells them how to claim it.

TOLL FREE ACCESS 

1. Call the automated voice response system at 1-800-4PAYPAL (1-800-472-9725)
2. Enter your mobile PIN.  Enter the amount and phone number when prompted.
3. PayPal immediately notifies your recipient of the payment and tells them how to claim it.
