Nexus 6P Challenge - Introduction

It's time for us to do a challenge here on PhoneDog. I haven't done a challenge because it's been kind of crazy. There's been new devices almost every week being announced and it's very impossible to use one device as your sole daily driver. So now it's the holiday season. There's not as many devices being announced and it's time to have a little bit of breathing room and finally explore devices fully in terms of our challenge video.

And what better to start our challenge videos with the king daddy of all Android phones. I am talking about the Huawei-made Google Nexus 6P. I know I haven't done my full review of this device but trust me, it is well worth the wait because I've done some serious work on the review for this phone so please stay tuned for that.

I'm not calling it the 30-day challenge. I'm calling it the Nexus 6P Challenge, basically where I'm swapping all my sources over to the Huawei-made Google Nexus 6P. I will be replacing my Apple Watch with probably the Moto 360 or the Huawei Watch, most likely the Huawei Watch, and using that wearable for the next foreseeable future and then report in terms of videos to you guys about my feedback and experience of using the Android ecosystem with a Huawei Nexus 6P.

So if you guys need a re-breather on the Nexus 6P, here are the kind of flagship top specs: it has a 5.7-inch QuadHD AMOLED panel, Snapdragon 810, 4GB of RAM, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and quite literally the best-looking design of any Nexus device I've laid my hands on. And that's not even the best part about it. It has tons of features. It has a humongous battery, USB Type-C fast charging-- all these things. And it's just one beautiful device and thank God that it lasts over a day of battery life because of that huge battery and things like Android Doze and other features to save and preserve battery.

And this is kind of an excerpt or a sneak peek from my 6P review and basically, all I'm going to be saying in my review is that the Nexus 6P is, by far, the best Android experience I have ever used. Period. It's so fluid, so nice, the battery life is phenomenal, the camera is great, the hardware is beautiful. Everything about the Nexus 6P is quite literally the best it can be. It's truly the flagship Google needed to debut their Android Marshmallow. It's great that Huawei is in the mix with making this device. And it's just one fantastic and clever phone.

So this is my kind of plea to you guys asking me questions of what you'd like to see in my challenge videos. Let me know by leaving me a comment below.
