The DROID RAZR M offers a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 4.3-inch edge-to-edge Super AMOLED Advanced display (540x960 pixels), an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, a front-facing camera, 2,000 mAh non-removable battery, 4G LTE, and Android 4.0 with Motorola's UI.
