iPhone 6 Plus unboxing and first look

Cam unboxes the brand new Silver/White version of the iPhone 6 Plus. It's the first time Apple's entered the "phablet" category, and from first impressions, it's pretty nailed it. The solid and slim metal body feels great in hand, and the curved edges are far more pleasant to hold than the old, cold flat edges.

Key specs include:

  • 5.5-inch display with 1080x1920 resolution, 401ppi
  • A8 1.4GHz dual-core processor with 1GB RAM
  • PowerVR GX6650 (with hexa-core graphics)
  • 2915mAh battery
  • 7.1mm thin body that weighs just 172g (6oz)
  • 8MP camera with OIS, phase detection auto focus
  • 1080p video recording
  • 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-FI
  • Cat. 4 LTE - Up to 150Mbps download
  • 16/64/128 GB options in Slate Gray, Silver and Gold

What do you make of the iPhone 6 Plus from first looks? Is it everything you always wanted the iPhone to be?
