As some of our fans may know, PhoneDog and Noah Kravitz (a former editor at PhoneDog) have been embroiled in a legal conflict. The dispute has gained world-wide media and legal attention, specifically in regards to the Twitter aspect of the complaint. Since the media and Noah have focused all of the attention on this one aspect, we are compelled to provide a full perspective of the dispute and the lawsuits.
