The good: Razor Thin, Light, Stylish, Above-average battery.
The bad: Flimsy Battery Cover, Bluetooth needs some improvement
Summary: Had this phone for close to 8 months now. Very satisfied with it, including its speakerphone, which is remarkably good. The Bluetooth sometimes disconnects itself without any apparent reason and this is one of the gripes about it.
The good: Small and compact. Good signal.
The bad: No bluetooth. It comes with no holster.
Summary: This phone is good. It was inexpensive $20 and very good. I got it at a time I was laid off and didn't what to spend a lot of money on a cellphone.
The good: This phone is very simple and easy to use for the most part. It stores all necessary information that I need and I still have room to store more information. I have been able to receive information in almost all locations. Phone had been dropped several times and is still holding strong over a year later.
The bad: Cuts out and drops calls quickly, not much warning that a call will be dropped. Finding information on the phone can be a little difficult due to main menu is pictures only and not words.
Summary: I have enjoyed this phone very much and am very used to all the features it has. I would purchase it again if the price were right and I needed a new phone. If you like to text message your friends and family then this is probably not the phone for you, the price is right but the features to text message are pretty hard to use.
The good: Slim, easy to use, fits the face good when using, decent battery life.
The bad: Some features can be confusing to learn, at least for me.
Summary: I had never owned a cellphone with a camera before. Once I learned how to take and send pictures, I was off! First, I took a pic of me and sent it to everyone to show them my latest look! I find it an easy and convenient method with keeping in touch and up-to-date with everyone. Phone even takes video and with a new kitten that has been a blast. Took some time for me to figure out how to download music and play it with the MP3 player but I am not up with the latest techno gadgets like I once was. Overall I would recommend the Razr to anyone.
The good: The people in their stores are always extremely helpful and go the extra mile to help you resolve issues or find the right product. I have always been pleasantly surprised with their in store personnel.
The bad: There are a lot of dropped calls, despite their advertisements they are the #1 carrier for not dropping calls. I usually make phone calls from the same location (my house) and can go hours with no dropped calls or will have dropped calls every 5 minutes - and this is late night!

They recently changed their phone upgrade policy. You now have to wait the full 2 years to upgrade your phone.
Summary: I don't think I will be renewing my contract with them in February. The phone/contract is reasonable but the service is subpar and unreliable entirely too many times for my tastes. In addition, their telephone customer support leaves a lot to be desired. When ordering my second phone, I had to make no fewer than 7 phone calls in order to fix the mistakes on the order and every single representative gave me a different answer.
The good: Small Size, easy to learn menus, easy navigation
The bad: camera not great, sim dislodges, sound quality, no speaker phone
Summary: My sim dislodges if the phone is bumped. When speaking, the person on the other line hears ALL background sound. Camera has small resolution and the screen scratches easily.
The good: Easy to use. Nice navigation. Good Look and feel.
The bad: Low voice, other party is unable to hear the my conversation clearly.
Summary: Nice Phone, real handy and cool graphics. Flip makes it more easy to carry around and talk. Sound system sucks and often makes a person have to shout to make others hear. Gets moisture damage quickly. Overall good phone from samsung.
I love this phone. It has all the things that I would want in a cell phone. If there has been anything that I did not know how to do it has been easy to figure out or it was easy to find in the owner's manual. Great phone.
The good: highly durable, impossible to make it not function
The bad: kind of bulky, reception/antenna not so great
Summary: This phone has probably gone through the worst with me, two drunken nights I have dropped it in the toilet and it still works perfectly, and not to mention I ran over it with my car twice. I have dropped it on concrete just walking around on numerous occasions, and thousands of flip opens and flip downs in a very hard fashion. If you want a phone that will not break, get this one. The features are great too! Bluetooth, mp3 ringtones, awsome screen, and decent speakerphone. I am so impressed that this phone has lasted through my crazy life.
The good: Inexpensive bluetooth that works well; slide opening as opposed to flip; good sound quality & linking...OF COURSE, always depends on your service provider, bluetooth headset & area...
The bad: Keypad DOES fail after a certain amount of time
Summary: It was initially inexpensive. It worked quite well until keypad decided to have coronary. It was replaced by Sprint for free & has continued to operate well. Initially Nokia's headset worked like crap & consistently lost pairing. The newer Plantronics Voyager 510 pairs easily & is quite comfortable. Until this phones fails, it provides very adequate bluetooth communique. Now, Sprint actually seems to only stock them for replacements, it might be somewhat difficult to find. However, if it doesnt have a slide, it doesnt have me...
The good: Nice size with easy to see/read screeen. Buttons are not too small easy for a man's larger fingers
The bad: No volume control
Summary: This is a nice compact size phone. Small enough to easily carry in your pocketbook without weighing it down, but big enough that it doesn't get lost in the bottom. The lack of volume control is easily remedied with a headset (with volume control).
The good: Customer service is very willing to help you out. You can talk to someone without too long of a wait.
The bad: Does not get service in all areas, many "black hole" spots downtown Chicago, very difficult to understand person on other end of line (I have gone through three phones with T-Mobile now, it's not the phones, it's the service).
Summary: I am pleased with T-Mobile and use it as my primary phone. My only issue is the quality of sound provided by their service, it is very difficult to understand the person on the other end. It is a connection issue, something about their service. But, if you don't mind saying "What?" throughout your conversations, go with T-Mobile. They are willing to work with you and without much hassle.
The good: color screen
can make phone calls with it
no antenna so it fits nicely in pocket
The bad: no camera
no outer screen
no way to play music
no way to connect to computer
only way to customize background is if you buy wallpaper from Sprint
no voice commands

Summary: The twenty dollars I spent on this phone was way too much. The first hint of water got on it and it decided to mess up on me, making charging difficult. There are no real features on this phone so I would have to say that as long as you only want to make phone calls and nothing else, try to get this free so you aren't too upset when you have to replace it when it gets wet/humid.
The good: stylish
bluetooth
good camera
color screen
innovative design
The bad: exposed camera lens
incompatible accessories
fragile
buttons become weak after a year of use
sound quality
Summary: It's an amazing phone! Advertised as a trendy hip phone thats style would make you cool in comparison. It has a lot of multimedia features and great overall keypad design. However; it is prone to easy damage and the exposed camera lens broke for me. Buttons don't last after a year. But other then that the phone is amazing and it actually made me cool.
The good: Expandable MicroSD slot
Stereo speakers
MP3 Player and MP3 Ringtones
The bad: None
Summary: The Samsung A920 is one awesome phone. I enjoy using it to hear my edited ringtones that are in mp3 quality and sound great through the speakers. The microSD slot is a plus and one can use the phone in multitasking as a MP3 player with a 1gb microSD chip if you so desired. An excellent phone that I would recommend all to try or have.
The good: Reliable, clear billing, easy to contact
The bad: Price, Service in some areas,
Summary: I used to be a member of AT&T wireless, and I liked it because they had low-end packages. Cingular likes to bundle up more high-end stuff and charge you for stuff you don't need, but overall it's a decent reliable service. I get bad reception at my house, but it could be because I'm in a newly developed neighborhood.
The good: Ability to upgrade memory
Many useful features
MP3 listening
Loud speaker
Large Memory
The bad: pictures are hard to take
light turns off after few seconds of inactivity without an option to keep them on longer
Summary: The phone is very user-friendly. You can drop it many times and it is durable. Although the voice quality is poor many other features over shadow that. It is all around a really good phone. It has a little bit of everything in it such as mp3 storage, data storage, great camera, and infrared wireless transfer.
The good: It has a cool look and does a couple of cool things.
The battery life is great.
And the style of the phone is cool too.
I really like to Mp3 feature.
The bad: The memory is fixed and does not allow expansion
Summary: A cool phone, very loud speaker, and has almost every feature imaginable. However, I don't like the adapter required to plug in a set of headphones and the fact that you cannot upgrade the memory.
The good: Motorola offers and easy to use menu where you can download your emails, play games, get directions, and of course make crystal clear phone calls.
The bad: Sometimes it's really frustrating when you want to use someting in particular like make a phone call on from your phonebook and your in a rush, motorola dosen't offer a great way to connect with your close friends.
Summary: With all of the great deals around for a new Razr phone, I would hope you wouldn't take a look very far and consider getting one, I really like this phone. It's sleek, stlyish, easy to use and at a great price. I would highly recomend that you look no further than the Razar. I had other phones before but now I am completely satsified with this one.
The good: Symbian OS
Big Display
Good Reception

The bad: Menu kind of slow
Not a flash camera
Summary: This is one of the best phones I have ever used. I unlocked it to use it for Cingular and the reception was fantastic. Also, the overall design of the phone is very appealing. The only downsides are the menu can lag sometimes and also the camera doesn't have flash. Other than that I would rate this phone an A.
