The good: great speed upgrade from earlier versions of the iPhone. better graphics plus widescreen qwerty board. with the mms it is great also. the call quality is amazing. the smudge proof coating also helps a little
The bad: not to different from from iPhone 3g. still breaks pretty easy. battery life didnt really improve that much for me.
Summary: Overall i love this phone. it works great for me, it has amazing internet and email access with a ton of great apps so you always have something to do on you phone. it has amazing call quality. phone does break easily if you drop it a couple times but its still very good because i havent dropped it yet. my suggestion to people looking for a new phone is get this phone, theres not a better one than it on the market
The good: Good Phone For Texting. Picture Quality. Mp3 Player. Camera. FM Radio. Video Camera. Good Long Recording Only If You Have A Micro SD. Some What Useful Calender. Alarm. Internet. Connects To Computer. 3G On My Version Of The LG KS360. Bluetooth Works Fine.
The bad: Slow Screen Change. Going To Menus and What Not Is Slow. Texting Usual Gets Glitches Here and There Doing Spaces With The "L" Button Unexpectedly. Phone Shuts Off Randomly. When Talking On The Phone The Other Person On The Line Can't Hear You As Well. Only 80 Letters Allowed For Memos. Should Have A 3mm Slot For Ipod Headphones and Etc. The Whole Phone Should Be Touch, Not Just The Dialing. Doesn't Have Enough Space With Out Micro SD Card. Bad Phone For Calling.
Summary: The Phone I Have Is An Unlocked LG KS360 From Great Britain(I Think). Phone Does Lag At Times When Deleting Text Messages And Rushing To Different Menus. The LG KS360 Does Block Signals Randomly. Its Probably Because The Phone Isn't With The Carrier AT&T. Battery Life Isn't So Bad. You Lose 1 Bar Of Batt. After Listening To 20 Mins Of Songs On Your Mp3. Also 1 Batt. Bar After 2 Hours Of Phone Talk. I Would and I Wouldn't Recommend This Phone To Someone Because. If Your A Person That Wants To Reply To A Text Typing Paragraph After Paragraph. And Would Like To Listen To Music While Texting. Take Good Pictures/Videos Of Memories/Events. Then This Is The Phone For You. But If Your A Person That Talks On The Phone More Often Then You Text. Then This Isn't The Phone For You. Overall I Enjoy This Phone For Texting Mostly. And Phone Calls Occasionally.
The good: Better OS, Keyboard, and everything
The bad: Very Prone to Scratching!!!!!!!!!
Summary: I would definitely buy this phone!!!! It is the best tech relate decision I have ever made!!!!!! I got the one in blue and have loved every minute of having it. Had it for 3 weeks now!!
The good: Amazing speaker for music and speaker phone, visually appealing, low cost, easy to navigate menus, easy to change settings, battery life is low but charge time is very fast, expandable and hotswapable memory with micro SD
The bad: Keyboard too small and flat, numerical keypad unresponsive and hard to push at times, various internal and functional problems(read summary), battery life is awful(read in a comment they've fixed that, can't confirm), receives poor service from provider, no standard 3.5 mm headphone jack or usb dongle. Music player is set up so you can only listen to 50 song playlists at a time and cannot run music in background.
Summary: At first this phone was a nice replacement from the sad excuse of a sidekick known as the iD. For the first few days this phone was so much better then my iD. The keyboard is a little hard to adjust to, especially because of the size difference compared to my old sidekick. This was about the only complaint I had for the first day or two. Not too long after using this phone the low battery life became more obvious. I am always texting and this was one thing the phone's battery couldn't handle. A two or three page text ran a full battery down two bars and picture messages can sometimes take a few minutes to fully send due to poor service, this has eaten up three bars from a full battery. This problem is made a little better because of a short charging rate and the last bar on the battery seems to hold longer then the first four. Another thing I noticed is that over the next few months of use more and more functional problems would pop up while using the phone. Examples of these problems include double typing letters with one keystroke, space bar unresponsive, numerical pad very unresponsive, screen freezes after slide and displays both the portrait and landscape display at the same time, random shut down, dropped calls even with good reception, other line not hearing me during phone calls, no alert for calls, and more recently the contact name "mom" was displayed for any call and text I received. The last problem only occurred for a few hours. Some of the problems haven't happened in a while like the display freezing and random shut down. Some happen all the time like dropped calls, numerical pad being unresponsive, space bar being unresponsive, and one key stroke double typing letters. Another problem with the phone is that it's casing scratches easy. I've only dropped this phone once from a height of two feet and the phone had many small hacks and scratches on the edge of the phone also the battery cover gets small thin scratches very easy, like from buttons near the outside of jean pockets. One thing I have noticed with quite a few Samsung phone's is that they don't receive reception well from the wireless provider. This results in messages not sending, picture messages rarely working, and many dropped calls. Lastly, one thing that really bugged me that could have improved the battery life slightly is that the full qwerty still illuminates if the phone is closed and you push a button on the front. This bothered me because if both keypads are lit up for an extensive amount of time this could contribute to the poor battery life and the full qwerty has no purpose for being lit when you can't even see it. The only pros are listed in pros section. Who would I recommend this phone to? First time full qwerty users who are looking for an inexpensive phone.
The good: Been with Sprint for a long time. Never had an unusual problem.
The bad: Customer service improving, but can still be better. I usually have to be patient with the customer service reps and have to repeat myself about 3 times before they understand.
Summary: I never had an unusual problem with Sprint. I have friends that have phones with all the big networks (eg, AT&T, Verizon & T-Mobile), and the problems are the same with every company. Some of the problems that I hear people have with Sprint (which I don't experience) are;
1) They cut my phone off...
Well people, this happens when you don't pay your bill. Eventually it gets cut off. And keep in mind it's a computer that cuts you off. It can't tell if you're 1 cent or $100 over your spending limit (if you have one), you're just over your limit.

2) Why do new customers get a discount and existing customers don't get anything?
Not true. When you first sign up, you sign a two year agreement and get a discount. When the 2 years are done, you can sign another 2 year agreement and get another discount. Every 2 years, an existing customer can get a full discount just like a new customer. You can't take advantage of a discount, and then only one year later come into a store and start arguing that you've been a customer for 5 years, how come you don't get a (another) discount....

3) Their prices are too high.
In my opinion, they're prices are similar to the other carriers. And with the Simply Everything Plan, they are actually cheaper that the other carriers.

Overall, I'm happy with Sprint and wouldn't change. They were the first to have an all digital network. One of the firsts to introduce the web on a cell phone. The first company to offer a camera phone (Sanyo 5300. First camera phone in the US). The first with Push To Talk (Nextel). One of the first to offer 3G service and the first to offer 4G service. The most reliable data service (that's why Amazon uses Sprint data service for their Kindle e-books).

Why would I want to leave a company that almost leads the US industry in cellular technology?
The good: Love the phone, and the keys!
The bad: This has only happen once but early this morning the phone actually shut off on me in mid txting....i didnt power down, but just went white. Also, it might be a carrier issue but a few of my txt messages would actually go to the wrong person....only happened a couple of times but i think it was because i was txting heavely to multi people. O if u love to txt, get ready to charge this phone every night.
Summary: Other than the little minor problems stated above, i really love the phone....one of the coolest non touch screen phones out there.

I would tell everyone to pick up the phone if u dont want to be like everyone now days with a touch screen.
The good: lower talk time than what I am use to. 4 hrs as opposed to 7 that I had with my LG but had a lot of voice trouble with the LG.
The bad: no manual
Summary: I bought this phone via Net10 and the booklet that came with it says to go to the Net10 website to get a manual. This is the only phone on their site that does not have a manual. I have called and e-mailed customer service at net10. and unable to get the manual they keep e-mailing the wrong manual so there are propably features that the phone has that I am unaware of. I have tried Samsung website and searched the web but no manual. other than no manual this is a great phone
The good: Love the keyboard and touch screen features. Very easy to use and navigate around. This phone is very similar to the iPhone at a fraction of the cost.
The bad: After having the phone for 4 days, some of the keys on the keyboard do not work. I may just have a "bad" phone. Battery life could be better especially when using the Internet.
Summary: Despite the keyboard breaking, I'm willing to exchange it and try it again.
The good: Pretty solid contruction, qwerty keyboard is pretty easy to use even with fat fingers like mine. Sound quality is really good
The bad: A big let down for me was that the memory was not expandable. I like to take pics and videos but with the measly 20 megabites of memory, it is severely limited. Also the USB cable to connect to your computer is not included so you have to buy that extra. Its only about 10 bucks but still you have to take the time ordering and waiting for it to arrive.
Summary: Overall it is a good phone for someone who just wants to talk and text. If you are a big picture taker and like to record and send videos then you might want to find a phone with either more or expandable memory
If you have a problem with this service, phone or anything else it is probably YOU. A friend got one and it works just like mine.
The good: nothing
The bad: everything
Summary: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Dont expect a FREE phone to get the best reception just bc youre too cheap to dish out a better phone will good reception. Reps are NOT able to do EVERYTHING and are not at fault if you "accidentely" access the internet. Dont be dumb-or cheap and your service will be great.
The good: It has a great screen quality. It can hold more text than iv ever seen. Took me an hour to delete them all. (bought it from a friend) It takes pretty nice pictures. Lots of effects. Sound quality. Alot compacted into a decent size phone. Good entertainment learning all the functions.Battery is long lasting
The bad: The qwerty keyboard is a bit cramped. Kinda confusing what letters from numbers or symbols are because of the same color.
Summary: Iv only had this for a day. But i like it. Its a well built smart phone. Lots of stuff to do in this phone and i find it fun to learning how it works. I dont find it that hard to use it. Takes some time. But the qwerty keyboard could be a small issue, but its easily learned after a few days of texting. No biggy. I would say get this to anyone, but if had a choose go with the new jack. Better qwerty. But i got this for a deal so why not. Still a good phone.
The good: Customer service rep answered quickly and was helpful each time I called This is a very easy phone for Sr. Citizens to use.
The bad: Bought a card to add minutes and had to call the rep to make sure it added the time but they walked me through it and made sure the minutes finally got added.
Summary: This is a great phone for people who just want to have a cell phone in case of emergencies and to use occasionally for long distance calls. You don't have to have a contract and it is easy to add minutes. Perfect for the elderly...and easy to use.
The good: Stylish, sleek, fairly-priced phone, all the gadgets and gimics you would want in a data phone.
The bad: Pricy to operate, sometimes shuts off for no apparent reason, and worst of all it LOCKS UP INTERMITENTLY. You can just go to pick up your phone one morning after a night's rest and the display is frozen in addition to the toolbar at the top of the screen lit up in brown with a lock symbol. As much as you try to unlock it from the side, it won't. I soon figured out that taking the battery out of the back of the phone reset it HOWEVER this is not something you should have to do all the time
Summary: Great phone with all the gadgets, very similar to IPHONE style but without the OVERPRICED ticket. BUT something needs to be done about this phone locking up... i don't know if it's the program or because it's such a new phone...
The good: pretty much everything is great . texting is a breeze with the keypad . any sound recorded by or sent to this phone can be a ringtone which i love . ive many original ringtones that ive made . also videos can be used as screensavers
The bad: this is a terrible music phone . it rings from the inside so ringtones are hard to hear if the tone isnt already loud itself . any outside video put on the phone will have a big part of the bottom not even visible when in fullscreen mode . not a fan of the color so i got a cover for it .
Summary: this is a great phone overall with some exceptions . terrible for internet use . no zoom for picture taking . sellectable video resolution is nice . many cool features . i like my voyager alot and definitly recomment it and thats the bottomline because STANCOLD said so
The good: absolute best music phone ive come across
The bad: forget ringtones even though the option is there to save as a ringtone it does nt work
Summary: best music phone . forget making or using original ringtones . the option is there but it does not work . noone seems to know why not even tech support at my carrier .
The good: Excelent signal strength, like nothing I have ever seen.
The bad: slider, big(but some may like that)
Summary: I am not a fan of slider phones, nor a fan of big phones. I am a fan of signal strength, because bottom line, if I cant get a signal, all the bells and whistles mean NOTHING. And this phone delivers like no phone I have ever had (and I have had ALOT) And, in addition to 5 bars where I once got none, I have alot of cool features too.
The good: Rugged, waterproof, comes with 2 batteries
The bad: I had to return it 3 times in two days, was given a replacement each time.
Summary: I was very excited when I got the first phone last weekend but after I got home two hours later the phone kept turning itself off every minute. I went back to Verizon thinking I just got a bad phone. They gave me a new one but as they were programming it the new one started doing the same thing. The tech went back to the storeroom and got me a third phone from a different shipment. This time they told me I just needed to change my Alltel number(which I have had for 8 yrs) to a Verizon number and that would fix the problem. Got back home and the third phone started doing the same thing. After 3 days and 7 hours and the loss of my old number I finally had to get a different phone. No one could explain to me why this happened and it was too late to get my old number back. I never had a chance to find out about the reception problems others talked about, but did notice the battery life was pretty short even on the extended battery, of course turning itself off and on every minute didn't help any.
The good: Great battery life. No lag like with other touch screen "Smart" phones. Easy to use great volume and voice clarity.
The bad: Internet runs slow on here but not bad for a phone that is not a full blown "Smart" phone. Thumb pad could have better control over it. (Yes I have found settings for it.)
Summary: I love this phone. Gets good reception. Easy to hear people and fun to play with. Love that it plays MP4 files. My favorite part the accelerometer. Would highly recommend this phone.
The good: Love the Delve when I had Alltel for the past 6 months. Lots of fun to use. Got email for 6 months both personal from comcast and a private work email until the switch to verizon. Verizon bought out Alltel. Love GPS, touch screen, weather, texting, etc.
The bad: No email support with verizon wireless.
Summary: Would love to know if any techie knows how to get the Delve email to work with verizon wireless? I have one and a half years on my contract left and I want my email to work.
