The device gets fast updates, is competitively priced and offers not so old specs. The operations of the user interface is fast and fluid and, is a great device to root because of how super easy it is to unlock the boatloader, for those who are scared of bricking their device. Lastly the only downside for me was the OK battery life, that won't impress road runners but if you only use the device lightly to mid use you will just make a day. So if you carry extra batteries normally but want a long lasting cheap Android phone, but don't care about top tear specs and want to get into root then this is the device for you.
I am severely disappointed with this phone. The battery life is awful. The feel of the phone just never gets better. Call quality isn't great and if you're holding the phone to your face, it just doesn't feel right. Did I mention how bad the battery is. I need a full charge after 9-10 hours of minimal use. Lets also face it, Sprint does not help make this phone any better. Their network is so poor, that it makes this phone virtually useless. I'm going to cancel my contract, pay the early term fee and move on to another phone with another carrier.

Coming from the original Note, this is a must have upgrade. The change in dimensions makes it more comfortable to hold, plus the blazing speed of the quad core processor, combined with the incredible battery life make it a no brainer upgrade!
i like all the features and built in apps of this device.. the only thing is the size.. i mean it's huge for my tiny hands.. but it is not what i care about.. i care about the contents and this device gives me that satisfaction, this also a great device for me because i do use my device regularly.. and it's good for heavy use.. i can surf the net using 4G LTE without worrying that the battery will be drained fastly.. and one of the best thing i love in this device is it's massive 3,100 mAh battery and it is indeed a very useful feature..
This phone is the truth and I would vote it better than the note this week based off of the simple fact that the GS3 is a phone. The note has to be listed in the tablet category.
From the specs, this phone already seems amazing, but once you get your hands on it, you realise its even better than what you expected. The size is not really a problem and you get easily used to it. In fact the size of the screen is the plus point of this phone. After using this phone other phones seem too small in comparison. One thing I need to mention though is that sometimes it does feel big in your pocket, but its not a major issue, especially for all this phone can offer. Since tablets are becoming ever more popular, the note 2 which is something in between a phone and a tablet can be the best choice for many, given its portability as compared to bigger tablets. Definitely a phone to get!
I prefer more to note 2 over iphone 5, basically because of it stunning features and screen size. Unfortunately, the apps quality isn't the same as ios, there are a lot of apps still facing force close problem which is very frustrating. Overall, it's a good phablet for me.
takes some getting used too but, i no longer have to squint to see and my videos, netflix and pictures, plus all the extras are amazing.
