I got my Droid Razr Maxx hd roughly over a week ago and I've been having an awesome time with it. I love how motorola integrated quick setting which may turning wifi and mobile data on and off a breeze! Also I enjoy the fact that motorola's UI is extremely close to stock android which was what I was looking for on a verizon android phone. Along with the gigantic 3300 mah a snappy 1.5ghz dual core s4 processor and 4.7 inch screen more or less 4.4 because of the control buttons on the screen are providing one of the best android experiences I could have imagined. It only have 1gb of ram, I would have been excited if it had 2gb of ram but it doesn't slow the phone down. Like-wise with the processor when the razr maxx hd was released it technically was already outdated because of quad-core phones like the DNA and Nexus 4. But still in my own opinion dual-core is fine with me it is hard to notice a difference overall performance as the amount of cores double and triple every year. One section of the phone I always hear scrutiny for are motorola's cameras. My experiences with the camera on the phone are fine. The camera does everything I except it to do and is simple to use. It may not be the best camera on a smartphone but its not the worst camera. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give the camera on the Razr Maxx HD an 8 out of 10 putting it up there with other leading cameras in smartphones but still slightly below. In the end I am excited and happy I spent $200 on this beast of a phone and am looking forward to using it for the next 2 years at the least!
I highly recommend this phone!
using the 32g S3 with 32g external card. I like to mod and play with the Android setup. Very happy with ease and variety of mods and apps. Very fast phone. 4g is great. Stock Verizon setup is okay, but modified its a blast to play with. Able to change the battery means no waiting for the phone to charge. 2g of ram memory means no lag time even if you run a bunch of apps at the same time. A very cool smart phone.
Its very good Smartphone gorgeus screen and best speakers for a smartphone, but lacks of sd card and battery removable
Amazing touch wiz, Great pic quality, 1080p video playback, large display, Futuristic s pen features etc,..
the 1080p display + boomsound system allow a great experience, while also causing the (unchangeable) battery to be insuffent
One knock on this phone was lack of apps, but I have noticed that all the apps I like are available or able to be side loaded (except instagram). New apps are added on a daily basis and I believe that Blackberry will pass Windows Phone to take the number 3 spot. The z10 has a great build quality. It feels well balanced and solid. The closest comparison would be that it feels kind of like an iphone 5. In my testing so far battery life has been on par with other leading smartphones and cell signal has been solid. The OS is what really sets the z10 apart though. It's smooth and efficient and the on screen keyboard is phenomenal. The multitasking home page is a lot like a set of live tiles which is neat as some developers have found interesting ways to modify their apps to take advantage of this. The blackberry hub is also very nice. I forgot how convenient it is to have all messages together in a unified inbox. I would like to be able to have icons for my email accounts though. Maybe a future update will fix that. Overall, this is a great device. If it continues to gain developer support then blackberry is back.
Surely Better than Current smartphones in the market..!!
Battery life depends solely on usage, however, the nexus 4 survives the longest among all my previous android devices (htc one x, galaxy s3) with my usage (web browsing, youtube, lots of texts, few calls). The design is top notch, build quality could be a bit better but it definitely feels great once in the hand, and all this for a really cheap price!
I'm using the HTC One since last week and I have to say that it's the best phone I've ever used. I have the Samsung galaxy note2 and I love the screen size and software of it. Everything just works so simple and the battery live is awesome, but after the S3 and the Note 2 I wanted to have some premium feeling phones like iPhone5 but I honestly don't like iOS and iTunes. So I bought the HTC one and I'm very happy with it. I still got my Note 2 but my real daily driver is the HTC One just because it feels so good in the hand and it's easier to use one handed.
The ultrapixel camera is amazing I've compared it to the note 2s which was my best cameraphone until the one came. Images in dark rooms are great and I love the zoe feature it really makes your images come alive. I use it to take pictures of my dog, my family and any other moving objects.
The speakers on the one are the best sounding speakers I've ever heared on a phone. And the sound makes a real difference in day-to-day use. Games, YouTube, incoming calls, listening to music and so on are just a lot better.
My conclusion:
Everyone who can live with a phone which doesn't have a removable battery and microSD card slot should take a look at the new HTC One.
Sorry if I didn't write completely correct. I'm from Germany and that's the English I kept from school. And it's my first written review.
I use BlackBerry z10 over a month. I think it is the best phone ever!
Everything from display to form... This phone is unbeaten. Sure Sammy could do some stuff better, but for the perfect all rounder this is the phone to go.
After month of use, i can said this is the best mobile, navigator, computer, multimedia system i ever had. Everyday im more confortable with this phablet. Waiting for the Note 3, but with no hurry. Regards from Spain.
