I have the Galaxy S2 and the iPhone4S and i believe they are both equal
JUST GREAT OVERALL! NEED BETTER BATTERY LIFE BUT THATS ABOUT IT
Had this phone for a good month now and since i have no data plan i can get two days on a single charge with average use! I love showing this off to iPhone 4s users i got the better deal, better display, almost double the speed and battery life of their little phone, and this phone has like 5x the features! The cameras amazing and the zoom into the picture is so high res!
Fast, sleek, powerful - they describe this phone! Love the 8 megapixel camera! Four months and no issues!
it a good high end device
all round a good phone. some missing factors but the ecosystem makes up for it.
The reason this is my smartphone of choice is because of the title and the fact that I simply get more done on this phone than I did w/ Android (or Symbian or Blackberry). I also want to reiterate how important it is that the camera on this bad boy is so stellar, because I have it w/ me 24/7 it has really replaced my DSLR as my everyday shooter (still use the DSLR for stuff other than day-to-day stuff though).
What can I say? The reliability, battery life, and app support are the best parts about the iPhone. The guarantee that your phone will be supported for (at least) 2 years makes the value of the phone last for years to come. iOS is not perfect, but adequate for everyday needs. Hoping for a bigger screen and a more durable design for iPhone 5, but I think I will be staying on iOS for many years to come.
This phone can be confusing to some, but if you use Smart Actions wisely, the battery live can be superb. This phone is amazingly fast on 4G and has a beautiful display. This phone is perfect.
I have owned a blackberry 7300, Curve 8520, Bold 9700 and now the Bold 9900. This is the first Blackberry in my eyes that can hold it's own against iPhones and other popular phones today, there are a few downsides I.E lack of apps and a few browser problems but all in all it's a pretty solid device.
Whats different about apple than android is that you wont be abandoned when you leave the store Plus you get all the updates FAST. Combine this with a Great Build and Camera it cant be beat.
Super nice phone, the Super AMOLED+ Screen makes the Display Amazingly Bright and Vivid, but it gets a 4 for Average WVGA Resolution.
The Call quality is Great, voices are clear and loud, so It gets a 5.
Battery Life is Alright, Lasting a Day with Heavy use with the Brightness on Half, so It gets a 4.
There can be Mixed feelings with the Design, but I personally love the textured backing, and the plastic feels pretty good along with the thin profile and big screen, so It gets a 5. Some people may think the plastic feels Flimsy, but I think it feels great, plus it keeps the weight down.
The App store is Rapidly growing, and with daily Sales on Great apps, its an excellent value. the Music player is Great too, Might I add, so It gets a 5.
Overall, the Phone is Silky smooth, (Still one of the Smoothest Android Offerings to date) thanks to the Xenos Processor. Also, Its very fast and fluent also due to the TouchWiz 4.0 Software. Once this phone recieves the Android 4.0 Upgrade, It will easily Jump ahead of the Nexus.
i own one of these and i'm pretty happy but going on to 4 months or so battery life wasn't that good as before i got to around 5:00 and the phone was 10% and the design is average but i don't mind it, call quality in full coverage it was good at around south Oregon, it was very chopped cos it was the dead zone display is amazing, it has samsung's SUPER AMOLED PLUS display it's very vibrant, but it's a WVGA 800x480 which now is a little low and the speed is awesome w/ t-mobiles HSPA+ 42 megabit download when i tried it, it was 4gLTE fast but upload was average HSPA+ but better than the others i've tried.and overall thoughts this a great phone for t-mobile users, but if u want a better build qualaty phone, go with the HTC amaze 4g, same specs and a better camera.
