I'm on my 2nd Nexus, the first having problems with phone calls. It randomly reboots every couple of days, but otherwise has behaved nicely. I watch movies on it while flying, use the excellent GPS while driving, and play games occasionally when bored. The only phone out there I would rather have is the Note.
My favorite part of the phone is the multitasking. I like surfing the web, which is VERY fast by the way, while listening to Pandora radio and checking my e-mail and text messages all the same time. It's a nice feature.
HTC is coming back in the game with a big bang. I just wished T-mo got the one X as well to compete with AT&T. But nevertheless, this sexy one is a great device. Good move T-mo.
1. pretty ... very looking device, nothing else comes close.
2. excellent battery life ... i can go two days without recharge ... don't try this with anything else
3. clearblack screen - don't go outside without one and you won't get one except from a nokia phone
4. fast fast fast - faster than those bloated quad-core droids ... funny huh ? well, if you're a developer, not really, it's like wp is written in hand-coded assembly language and the others are written in perl.
5. all the apps i need ... office/outlook for work = thumbs up!
6. mobile networking reliability ... we're talking nokia here who invented a lot of this stuff ... gps, voice, data ... no drops
7. wp7 ... no hung/frozen apps/crashes (the droid folks know what i'm talking about) ... solid os
The HTC One S came into my life about a week ago today. I am very satisfied with the device and cant find a reason to be dissatisfied as of yet, it simply works well. The design is nearly flawless the only downside that has yet to effect me is the battery cannot be removed. I see this as a downside simply because after a year of use I may want to replace or buy an extended battery for the phone as the if the cells don't wear well. Currently the battery life is fine no I'm never worried that my phone is going to die after using it as a mobile hotspot, while running gps and checking facebook constantly. The phone speaks volumes, its very solid and compact but large in a good way, it feels natural to hold and the lines of the device are something to be admired. The display albeit not the best is great in direct sunlight (yes, I know what direct sunlight is as I live in Florida) and the viewing angle as well is very wide. some have complained about pixel density but comparing it to my girlfriends iphone 4s side by side id say my display is represented better overall. Call quality is a big step forward coming from an outdated (still a great phone) T-Mobile G2. I am as well impressed by Sense 4. I was a bit of skeptic when I first purchased the phone but after using it for a week now I can say that I will be keeping Sense 4 on the device until its updated. In previous versions Sense was very slow and filled with nonSense, in this version it seems HTC delivered on their report that they would bring the devices back to the basics.
Overall this phone is a great piece of hardware despite the downsides on the spec sheet such as pixel density, I'd say pick one up and try not to be impressed.
I LOVE THIS PHONE,,,NO REBOOTS OR BUFFERING ISSUES,DOWNLOADING WAIT,,,IS ACCURATE AND FAST,EASY TO HANDLE AND WHAT I WANT
After 3 phones, I finally have one that works, and works well. I, along with many experienced the data connectivity issue, and had my initial phone replace. The second had a defective front cam. However, after all that I still enjoy the overall experience when it comes to using the windows phone. Xbox live is great. Blue tooth and lte are working. I have noticed that I only get 16 mb down at my home when I was seeing 21 on my skyrocket. It will be much better when we start seeing more apps in the market, but can't really complain. I have all that I need.
when i got it it was amazing from the build, to the display, even though people say it was a pentile matrix i'm not worried about that.battery life was amazing i got through a whole day with without charging.Call quality was awesome not the best and at a dead spot its a bit choppy.Apps and medfia is awesome, with the play store, i can get everything i need.
The One X is a fantastic device. While I'm certainly partial to the stock ICS experience, Sense isn't terrible here. It's only mildly invasive, and in a few cases I actually really like its functionality. I do find myself missing stock Ice Cream Sandwich from time to time, but Sense 4 hasn't been the terrible experience I was led to believe it would be.

The screen is unbelievable. It blows every other phone screen I've encountered out of the water. This Super LCD2 display is vibrant, the colors pop, and the images look painted on the surface of the screen rather than behind a layer of glass. The unibody design is gorgeous. It's a sleek, fashionable phone, and the white is a certain head-turner.

Battery life is great, much better than the Galaxy Nexus. I've consistently been able to get 18+ hours on moderate use. Standby uses almost no battery, and the phone was able to last almost 35 hours on a weekend where I barely used it. The Tegra 3 processor is impressive and snappy, but I did notice a few areas throughout the launcher where it seemed a tad laggy at first, but after another tap, moved smoothly. Slightly annoying, especially considering it has four cores plus a fifth companion core for low-level tasks.

I'm not too much of a phone camera user, but I've found the camera to be decent. The kicker here isn't so much the lens as it is the camera software. Being able to shoot video and still shots simultaneously is super convenient, and having the shutters for both video and photos on the same screen saves a good amount of time. Burst mode is also a really neat feature.

While I'm a little bit disappointed that there's no expandable memory, I've never actually owned a phone that does, and 32 GB is decent enough for me, especially since the phone comes with 25 GB of free Dropbox storage for two years.

To summarize, I love this phone. It's the best phone I've ever owned, and that list includes the original iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 4, and Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

Lacks in the call quality departmeny and battery life os pretty abysmal without an Extended battery and a custom ROM.
Coming from the galaxy skyrocket I can honestly say this phone just keeps impressing me I do miss flash from time to time but not having 1 thing doesn't bother me at all the screen while albeit a lower resolution than some on the market in my opinion is just out right gorgeous I find sometimes thinking that whatever video im watching almost looks 3d, I find the picture to be clear and sharper than my skyrocket. The look of the phone is amazing the call quality is bar none in my opinion although sometimes people can hear an echo caused by such a loud handset speaker....yes too loud ? Never had that problem before with my smartphones Android or ios had em all. Windows Os is awesome gorgeous and different from the copy cat ios and android... I mean could they look anymore alike ? Everything you could ever need is on this phone and for the price I couldn't ask for anything more I would have paid twice the price I paid for this phone!!!!
