Awesome Battery Life AND Call Quality. And the design is a Killer feature.
Now that the former (pre-One series) flagship for HTC has it's Ice Cream Sandwich serving it is T-Mobile Phone to beat. So much faster and smoother now that it has the Sense 3.6 update. Glad I stuck it out with this phone. PROS: Build quality, Network speed, ICS, and Camera quality. CONS: Battery Life (Android FTW), TI WLAN drivers :(, T-Mo EOL.

Very good ID design and quality, much better than otheres.
got hand with it and its very speedy yet simple elegant and sexy in hand.
This phone is awesome. The display is great. The camera can take great pictures! The S-pen is really cool. I really hope that this awesome phone can be recognized as first on your list!
The phone is well built which makes it fit great in the hand and it is also very thin. The battery life is decent and i can usually make it through a day with moderate use. The screen, while it is not HD, is still very nice. Call quality is decent. I could hear people clearly and they could hear me. The beats audio is very overrated. Even with a beats headset attached(beats are not bundled with the phone) i did not think the beats audio software deserved as much hype as it received. HTC sense 4 comes included with the phone. It is much better than previous versions of sense because it gets rid of clutter while keeping useful features. The camera is definitely one of the many great features of this phone. The shutter speed is incredibly fast and the burst mode feature is very useful. Overall the HTC One S is an amazing phone that is well valued at $199.99 on T-mobile
awesome phone, surprisingly great battery life....superb camera on a phone, one of the best phones I ever owned.
Battery sucks, music gets choppy when the screen is off, randomly re-boots. All that aside android 4.0 is absolutly brilliant, the big bright AMOLED screen is beautiful, 4G is fast as ever, way better than my girlfriends 4s. With battery ext. And possibly some bug fixes in the next update and this phone will be unbeatable till the s3
As a student, I always want the best phone. My friend got the iPhone 4, and I had to have it. At that time, I had the Droid X2, which happened to flop and Verizon replaced it with a free iPhone 4S. So I got what I wanted. The transition from Android to iOS was quite different. When I went to iOS, I had a flawless experience with a few minor issues here and there (what operating system doesn't have 'em). But it felt good that my phone never randomly shut off on me randomly unlike prior Droids. I've had experience with all types of Android overlays: HTC Sense 3.5, Touchwiz, and Motoblur (whatever they call it these days). The only gripe I have is the durability, I love the sleekness of the device, but hate that it is easily breakable. Did you think a HS student would know so much about tech news? Overall, a 4.8/5
