I have been using it for a month now..all i can say is quietly brilliant.. yea it shutters sometime but i don't mind because its humble enough to let you throw whatever task you give and it keeps on going..i haven't had any problems with it in terms of hardware but software wise there is always the updates that keeps coming.. I'm one happy user!!!
This is a good set to have if ur not gowing for the top end phones this dual core can handle all the latest app and games with no problem and the best part for me the root and roms have a wide support then other phones still have the power
Great screen resolution, decent call quality and battery life.
Extra features like s voice and direct cell are quite useful and is a pleasure to use.
good battery life really nice ergonomics design and freakin fast touchwiz ui
I just baught the HTC One X after have used an iPhone for a couple years I can never go back. Great music, quality 5 stars for beats audio. Semi - Great Screen because of the LCD.
This is one of the best phones I have ever seen. The screen is amazing, the call quality is tremendous, and the design was perfect. The 4.8 In. screen was a little too big for my liking, but I still love the phone. Also, the earpiece could be a tad louder, not too much, but just a little bit.
This is a great phone! It's definitely bigger than a lot of the other phones out there, but games and movies look great on the screen.
This phone is absolutely stunning. The screen is incredible - great pixel density and resolution. It's lightning fast, and can handle high-end games very well. I've dropped a few calls in areas with spotty coverage, but I think that has more to do with Sprint than the phone itself, as I was dropping calls with my previous phone as well. Battery life was better than expected. I can easily last a whole day - in CDMA-only mode, this thing gets very good standby time, even with a bunch of things syncing in the background. The screen does suck up some juice when it's on, but it's not terrible for such a bright and hi-res display. The design is very hit-or-miss. The phone is extremely light, and razor-thin, and the kickstand is very sturdy. However, some people may not like the contrast between the top and bottom halves; the top half is glossy [fingerprint-able] plastic, the bottom is matte black-painted aluminum. A quick web search will yield instructions on how to sand the top plastic for a matte look if you're the DIY type - some might feel this is an upgrade worth risking.
Overall, a fantastic phone. Fast, gorgeous screen, very responsive. HTC's Sense interface is beautiful as always, and does little to slow down the phone. Also, if one is interested in rooting/hacking the device, there have been a plethora of well known developers buying one, so there should be a great community active in developing ROMs, themes and such.
The EVO 4G LTE even has some advantages over the One X - namely its kickstand, bigger battery, and removable memory card slot. However, Sprint's poor network does dull the appeal for those looking on from another carrier.
I'd definitely recommend the phone to anyone on Sprint's network - I firmly believe it's their best phone.
I have owned: iPhone 1, 3GS, 4, 4S, Nexus One, Streak 5. Tried: Galaxy Nexus, Note and One X but, as Aaron says, the Fluidity is just not there. So, I couldn't be happier with my S3. I have small hands so it is uncomfortably to use with one hand, but very doable, price we pay for huge screens;) Sound is not as loud (earpiece, headset, or speaker). And signal is just a tiny bit less than the iPhone 4S, hence the 4 on reception and call quality. BUT, FOR ME, IT IS THE BEST SMARTPHONE AVAILABLE!!! Better than a jailbroken iPhone 4S...
I like the phone the screen is beautiful. the battery life is ok it can last a full day. lte is very fast but i mostly use hspa+. the processor can be choppy sometimes . but otherwise it is a good phone.
The 4.7 in super LCD 2 true 720p HD display is gorgeous its the best screen i have seen on a smartphone. The design of the Evo is super stylish and even though it is super thin it has a nice weight and premium feel to it. this is my first time having an htc phone and sense 4 is great compared to touchwiz and motorolas UI. The 1.5 dual core s4 chip is very quick and i have not seen any lag in having it for two weeks. The battery gets me through most of the day before it needs to be charged. The only downside is the phone is on sprints network who hasnt launched there 4g LTE yet and they have really bad 3g service but all in all this is the best phone i have ever used
its just the best phone because its made by apple...:)
this phone has a killer design and a really god call quality
android king and that because the one x has so much potential if tweaked correctly i think it well be the fastest
smart phone ever
