WP7 is a great, good looking OS, very smooth buth no have much application as Android..and don't get WP8
Even though this phone wont be getting the Windows Phone 8, i am pretty sure we will be satisfied with the 7.8 update. In addition, Nokia is working around the clock to bring very popular apps as exclusive to their lumia line.
I got this phone 2 weeks ago. Beforehand I had a BB 9900, i am a turbo messager, and before that I had an iPhone 4. I can clearly say this is the best smartphone i have ever used. It is so fluid that you can get it to lag no matter what you do, with a single core processor this rivals quad core phones (yes, i have tested htc onenx and galaxy sIII) in everyday performance. I would have expected a beast camera from a phone with carl zeis lens, however, the camera is decent. I find myself to be taking some very good photos especially if I play the modes and settings. The music player is very well done. Plus the Spotify app is very helpful. Battery consumption is well optimized for playing offline music. In the browser department, even though this is an internet explorer, i suggest you dont prejudge the browser. I see blazingly fast load speeds and buttery smooth scrolling + pinch to zoom. This is a first class rival for iPhone 4S' browser. The GPS in the Lumia 900 is the best on the market. It
Literally takes a second to determine my position compared to 5-10 seconds on the Apple side. I wont talk about Blackberry, just terrible... The Nokia exclusive transportation apps (Nokia Maps, Nokia Drive and Nokia Transit) are killer apps! Beats every map option out there in my opinion. The application marketplace seems to be very good. Of course, not close to Android or iOS, but i was able to find every app I needed. But pleae note that i dont playthat many gameson my phone, I prefer my iPad. Last but not least, this phone has a killer battery, best I have seen from an LTE device, literally i had some cases where I got through 2 days without charging. But most of the time, I go to bed with around %20 left after a very heavy use day(14-16hrs.) oh, by the way the speeds i am gettin are fabolous with the LTE radio. I am not in an LTE market, the phone shows 4G signal (thats not supposed to happen, my country is HSDPA+) and I have been averaging speeds around 10 mbps.
To conclude if you are not after whats latest, this phone will serve you in a great manner for a long preiod of time.
cool smartphone ever its more powerful than Samsung galaxy s3
I selected the Galaxy Nexus, because after the Jelly Bean update the Nexus just received a bump, all the problems generated by the wrong optimization of ICS are in the past, with Jelly Bean i am really enjoying my Nexus Pure Google experience
This phone got ICS and i runs great, its smooth and fast, the phone has a great camera and the look is pretty stylish, I really hope they announce Jelly Bean for this phone, I'm crossing fingers
Pros:
Display
Performance
Quality Build
Camera (front and back)
Reception/4G has been reliable
ICS out now
Sense 3.6 is better before
Cons:
Battery could be better
No Sense 4
SImply awesome..........dont go by any review... buy it first then or you will repent in future

Now that the Droid Razr Maxx has received Android 4.0 ICS the phone has improved a great deal. The new, updated interface is a fresh face for sore eyes. I have even seen battery life improve through the greater implementation of darker colors in the Holo Themed interface. This however comes at a cost. The phone has always suffered from dark spots over the screen (it is from the AMOLED panel) and this has just been worsened due to the constant dark colors. That said, the phone has only gotten better and I hope to see a continuation of support from Motorola.
I am retired military, throughout my career I always made sure I spent more time taking care of my best soldiers than I did my shit-heads, well I don't have either any more, but I still take care of the best people when I come in contact with them. Today was a special day, I met Debbie, employee # 100583047, her effervescent personality hung in there helping me for about an hour. At least 6 others in the past 2 weeks could not accomplish this. Debbie succeeded when all others failed, she was able to increase the number of rings I hear before it goes to voicemail.
I love my tmo gs2, fast responsive great call reception, just the right size. awsome screen and excellent battery. I have played with many android phones and this is a keeper for me imop.
This is the oly phone I think I will ever own till they come with something new in the next few years with a battery like this. Most people dont care that this phones battery is so large, and that the display or processor speed should be better. But these things are really great. And with ICS 4.0.4 it makes that much better. I use my phone a ton, and my last phone couldnt make it through a day of punishment. This one can, and with all that I do with it, and 4g LTE, makes this phone the best for me.
Big beautiful display. Decent camera. 1080p video sometimes crashes so shoot in 720p. Super fast for everything else including Gameloft games like Modern Combat. S-pen can be useful if you are into that sort of thing but takes a while to get used to for accuracy. Great for watching video and reading books, comics and mags. Ideal for reading type people and video type people. Battery is great and lasts days if you are casual user but only lasts a day or less if hardcore user like myself. Call quality is average. You can hear people and they can hear you but not spectacularly. Who uses phones for calls anyway?
this phone is BOSS. it is 9mm thick, has a 8mp camera, a 4.3 inch screen, android 2.3.6 (soon to be 4.0.4), and it is on verizons 4G LTE. And to top it off a battery with 21.5 straight hours of talk time. what else could you ever want?
If you're on Verizon and you simply want the best of the best, this is it. No bugs. No fuss. Best call quality and reception. Super fast and reliable data connection. Durable and classy hardware. Battery life! This monster can last more than a day with HEAVY use. Sure there may be better phones out there such as the One X on AT&T or the Galaxy S3 arriving shortly on all major US carriers. But if you want the best on Verizon right now, get the Droid RAZR Maxx... now complete with ICS!!!
it is good cell phone and it is my best smart phone
