The Samsung galaxy S3 is the best phone on the market today.
. Display is second to none. The HD super amoled display really makes colors pop.
I'm cuming from the droid bionic, and I work in a 4g fring zone. The bionic would drop down to 3G constantly, however with the GS3 it hasent dropped to 3G once.
Battery life is excellent. I'm at 11 hours and 38 min off the charger and it's at 39% with moderet use.
The design/form factor was the only cadigory that did not receive a 5/5. It just feels like it would break easily. Now It did servive a drop the other day without incident. That said I don't think there's any denying that the htc one x seems like it has a better build quality.
Apps and media support. Samsung really hit this one out of the park when they made every variant of the GS3 the exactly the same. Thus Making the ecosystem around the phone up there with the iPhone.
This is the first android phone to come out that is truly ready for the main streem user. It looks so good it's hard to even take your eyes off it. I love this phone. And if you go out and get one you will too.
Why wouldn't you get the best smartphone in the world? It is amazingly great. I love it a lot.
Design is awesome. A good pocket smart phone. The camera is awesome.
have good resolution HD and alot of games and apps
I like this Phone
It is nice
It looks nice
It has a good performance
It is not so expensive
It is the little S3
I did an.extended comparason between the EVO 4G LTE and the Samsung Galaxy S3 and found the build quality, battery life, wireless radio and user interface on the EVO to be far superior. The EVO is a reliable high end device that looks great and functions just as it should without the quirky and glitchy tendencies that the GS3 is full of. The EVO is an excellent business class smart phone that also has higher benchmak test results than the GS3. It's all.about premium quality with HTC.
I
I have had the HTC Rezound since April of 2012. Before the Rezound, I owned an LG Ally and a Droid 3. The Ally was impossible to break, and the Droid 3 was a miserable fail. I took a leap of faith getting the Rezound, the Verizon employees were trying to shove the RAZR down my throat. I chose the Rezound because of its beautiful display, 1.5 GHz processor, and its overall appeal. I wasn't aware that it came with iBeats (which were stolen anyway). The HTC Rezound has been a solid device. It has a very reliable battery, even with the standard battery. The screen is amazing, it doesn't over-saturate images like most Samsung devices do. It displays them beautifully. Even better than the iPhone. Although I am still anxiously awaiting the arrival of Android 4.0 (ICS), and Sense 3.6, that doesn't affect my overall thoughts about the device. This phone is amazing and I will not upgrade until it dies.
Sense UI and the Screen are the Best features.
Let me start off by saying this is hands down the best phone I have ever had. I had the iPhone, the Original Droid, Droid X, Thunderbolt, SGS2, RAZR, Galaxy Nexus and this phone blows them all out of the park.
Stylish but out dated tech! Other phones are far more better!
They say you don't ever really know a person until you live with them for a while... Well that could go for phones as well... You never really know a phone until you live with it... I have had this phone since its release and now I can say (drum roll please) I know this phone... The good, the bad, and the ugly.. .
Physical Design: I have been a loyal HTC user since the PPC 6700.... One thing I took for granted was corners. The Galaxy S3 is a really rounded device. No hard corners or angles. I am coming from the Evo 3D and the corners are something I never thought of as an ergonomic feature. Turns out it was. The GS3 is sexy to look at, attractive to hold for a moment but for day to day use and operation its sort of slippery. Simple task that we normally do unconsciously become calculated efforts. Things like pulling it out of a case or even picking it up quickly to answer become risky. Its easy to drop and is really thin... I found a solution after buying a case to go round it but as for stock device, its sexy to look at, enticing to hold, but day to day use can be risky. Make sure your insurance is paid up (which Sprint has gone up on #AnotherSubject)...
Operation and Function: This is not a device for beginners. ,Samsung has went out of their way to give us end users customization options, almost to a flaw. You can just about tweak every aspect of this device. The most detailed setting can be customized to your style and personality. The problem is there are so many options it tuff to settle or find the best one. If you are a simple phone person who likes to use a phone the way it was intended then this may not be a device for you. This is for a person who likes to express there individuality. It can become a task thumbing through ALL the options and some of them seem to be over kill... Its almost the Swiss army knife of settings, and you find even more tweaks and settings in other places. Dial pad settings, contact settings, text message settings, display settings, this is almost a DIY device and that's what I love but others may hate about it. Its a blessing and a curse.
Battery is decent. You have so many settings and feature options its easy to feature yourselves right into a battery black hole. Once there its a really tedious task figuring out what feature is at the head of your battery drain. It took me 4 days to realize I had the radio setting to LTE and CDMA which meant it was constantly searching for a LTE signal that won't exist until July 15 in Dallas. That killed 10% of my battery in 10 minutes...
All in all, after some tweaks to the physical with a holster and case and learning the endless settings, I am in love with this phone. Its been about 2 weeks and like they say, you do t really know a person till you live with them.... Well you don't know a phone till you have lived with it... Great phone for a power user, not a beginners phone, but all in a wonderful device... Only after you make it your own and live with it a few weeks......
People..people... Even it s not upgradable to WP8.. It's the best... It's just an upgrade and you will also a get new smartphone in one or two years
Fantastic smartphone. The mobile phone that everyone should have. 5 stars.
I had this phone for 2 days so far I really like the phone just couple of things dont like power button placement the glossy back but other than that great phone for Verizon
I do not miss the iphone at all so far after the switch. I feel no lag like I use to on my old Evo 4G and have not had any glitches like previous android phones.
The screen size is the biggest plus in my opinion vs. the iphone. Even the 3G feels faster than the iphone for some reason. Now only if my 4G LTE was working (Sprint)
