The good: Good battery life
Great Reception
Very small
Durable
Features galore
The bad: Expensive
Summary: I love this phone. Its thin, its light, its feature-full, and does its primary job better than my previous phone. The battery life seems good. Reception is great. The LCD screen on both the inside and outside is fantastic. And knowing that I can take this phone anywhere in the world is pretty nice too.
The good: great looking phone with great features, camera games and more.
The bad: short battery life and bad reception in alot of areas, pretty expensive
Summary: overall i think the motorola i850 is a pretty good phone if you want a phone for its look and features, but not such a great phone if you are looking for quality. and for the high price you could find something better
The good: Small phone. Ringtones are mediocre. Good for kids who need to call home.
The bad: Minutes are not worth buying for normal talking. Very Basic Phone.
Summary: This particular phone is good for kids and teens alike who only need a phone for calling to get a ride home. If you are looking for a phone to talk to friends on then this is not the phone for you.
The good: great coverage plans, good customer service good prices
The bad: reception not as good as it used to be
Summary: I like cingular overall but if things dont improve on the reception side i may consider switching over to another carrier. but over all i like cingular wireless. sincerely
andre trahan
The good: Camera phone, ease of navigation, voice quality, display, battery life
The bad: No flash for camera
Summary: I found that by changing to the Nokia 6101 camera phone, I had increased range. At the target range that I go to, I no longer have to wander all over the club grounds trying to get a relatively strong single like when I had my previous phone. Now I can even take a picture of any particularly good groups and send them to my wife back at the house.
The good: Bright screen and display. User friendly
The bad: Bad reception. Poor battery life and quality...won't hold a charge.
Summary: This is my 3 LG VX3200 in less than 2 years. The phone is slowly dieing. I can't hold calls it loses them constantly. The phone also doesn't work half the time by powering on. I won't recomend an LG to anyone. The battery wouldn't hold a charge.I had to replace the battery numorous times...finally by bought an off brand from Japan and it works great.
The good: Extensive coverage area, Outstanding customer service, and best overall cost plans.
The bad: None
Summary: I have been a Cingular customer for 7 years. Prior to this I was responsible for evaluating and selecting a carrier for a local business requiring approximately 70 plus phones. Cingular's coverage area could not be matched! During this time I have had many occasions to use their customer service. Service has always been outstanding. In my opinion, Cincular has unsurpassed service!
The good: I have enjoyed this phone. It is easy to use and navigate on. I get to my numbers really easy.
The bad: The ringer is not loud enough in a crowded room or store.
Summary: As long as you have the phone on vibrate , you can still get your calls in a concert. I don't have any ligitimate complaints . I really like this phone for the money. It is a great phone if you don't need the camera feature like some of the other phones.
The good: Sprint has very good service plans and options.
The bad: Coverage can be very spotty
Summary: Unless you are along major highways, coverage can be spotty. There have been quite a few times where calls have been dropped when I was only a few miles from a major highway. If I am around a major highway, I seem to have access to all towers.
The good: 6 bar antennae reception display, creative and beautiful graphics, satisfactory battery life, sturdy, satisfactory features, great quanity/quality of built-in tones and sounds, fast menu browsing
The bad: semi-difficult to flip open, 3-bar battery display, low customization,
Summary: Great, old, economic phone. Holds up against the hardest you can dish. Perfect if you don't need all the special features like media, camera, etc.
The good: Lightweight | Small and compact design | Excellent battery life
The bad: Horrible display | 'Microwave'-style buttons | No camera built-in | Web browser sluggish | Very little memory
Summary: I've owned this Sony Ericsson for a little over seven months now and have come to see the plusses and minuses. Kudos to Sony Ericsson for the lightweight design and durability. It's very compact and easy to hold. But on that high note, I must leave you, as we go into all the cons. Sony Ericsson is usually well-known for their high-quality phone displays - but this one was apparently left out in the cold. The screen is completely eye-soaring to look at. You can actually see each pixel as it appears that there is a teeny-tiny-tad bit of space in-between each pixel. All-in-all just painful to look at. Next, the buttons are sort of those kind that don't make a 'click' when you push them - rather a 'squish'. They are rubber buttons that don't hold easily - my number '5' button and the up-arrow button do not work anymore. Nextly, there is obviously no camera built-in - but Sony Ericsson does allow a purchased-separately camera to be connected at the bottom of the phone - the camera costs on-average about $20 give-or-take. The web browser is horrible to navigate through due to the tiny display and is sluggish as well. I had difficulties loggin-in to Yahoo and several other mail clients and could not see FoxNews, CNN, AOL, etc. very well at all.] Off the top of my head, the amount of memory slips my mind but I know the number is very small - after about 100 text messages saved in your phone [inbox AND sent folder] a message will pop-up that says 'Memory full'. And there is no room for expansion either.
All-in-all this is a compact and lightweight phone for people who basically want to make calls and text's here-and-there. I would not recommend it for any other than that.
The good: looks nice, has a flashing ring when calls are recieved, mp3 ringtones allowed, has a camera, and plays video.
The bad: cannot record video, lags a lot, and randomly shuts off
Summary: This is a good phone, but it is not perfected. better off getting the upgraded version of this phone.
The good: Feels good in hand while in use. Good menu structure makes for easy navigation. Price.
The bad: Short on additional features - bluetooth, mp3 playback, camera
Summary: The LG G4015 offers a nice, hand-comfortable package of instant communication. What I like is how easy it is to hold, find what I'm looking for and use. What I wish it had that would make it better would be a camera and a caller-ID window. It's worth the money, and it came with a low price.
The good: Very good phone, sleek and elegant design, I like it from the time I got it. Has all the features you would expect from a phone that small and lightweight.
The bad: I haven't figured out how the MP3 player works, but I am sure there is a way to get it done.
Summary: Cool phone for all the necessary features you would need, bluetooth is amazing, camera is 1.3 Megapixel so takes cool pics and also you can do some fun special effects with the camera and make it really cool. I know i just like to use the word cool a lot for this phone since it is so cool.
The good: This phone has a very slim profile, nearly all functions of top of the line phones (camera, speaker, bluetooth).
The bad: Unless you have great hearing (which I happen to have), I would advise going into a local T-Mobile retail shop and actually using the phone before purchase; you may be disappointed in the volume of the sound from the earpeice.
Summary: I personally really enjoy the phone, but I would caution anyone to try it before you buy it. It has beautiful display and great feel.
The good: good antenna, durable
The bad: bulky, not fashionable looking
Summary: The best thing about this phone is the internal antena. This phone gets a stronger signal in weak areas than any other phone I have seen no mater who the carier is. My wife has the same carier as me but a different and much more expensive phone than I have and my phone if far better than hers is in weak areas.
The only thing I don't like is it is large and bulky feeling. Definatly not a very attractive phone. It looks like the free phone that it was.
The good: This phone is very easy to hold. It seems to fit in youy hand very comfortably. It gets better reception than my previous phone did. The screen, both inside and out, is very crisp and clear and has vibrant colors. The camera feature is new to me but the Ericsson makes it very easy to access via a button on the left side. Another really neat feature that it has are the lights that are around the buttons. You can even program them to blink however you want it to.
The bad: A few things that are minor. First, this is my second phone. I had to return the first one the very next day because the speaker died, but the phone was replaced free of charge. Second, I absolutely cannot get the battery cover off, even on the first one I had was the same. Third, I would prefer the camera lense was at the top of the phone rather than the bottom because I always find myself touching the lense. Fourth, The arrow buttons seem to be a bit too small for my fingers, but it hasn'
Summary: Overall, this is a great phone for the money and I am very happy with it. If I had to I would not hesitate to buy it again because of it's low price and the features that it comes with.
The good: Ease of use, good design and keypad layout, speakerphone, driving mode, decent camera...most of all EXCELLENT call quality
The bad: No Programmable Keys, Must Use Internet to Upload Photos to Computer
Summary: The phone has a nice clear and loud ringer, speaker volume is great as well as earpiece volume..in fact I had to tone it down a notch or two because of the loudness. All features and menus are very user friendly and well laid out. The inner screen colors are vibrant and crisp and the outer is monochrome and very easy to read. The keypad is spacious with nice sized keys that are backlit with a deep blue, green and red...in fact if you are in darkness and open your phone, between the screen and kepyad lighting you will glow! No problems with this phone at all.
The good: It's very small size, and long battery life are definite pluses. Low cost, and great Trac-phone service only make the deal better
The bad: Perhaps not as good good as other phones in receiving a signal deep within a factory, or other large manufacturing environment.
Summary: Overall a great phone for a good price that is reliable, and easy to live with! Trac-phone service has been a very good match with this phone, and provides generally clear, drop free service, with great customer service.
The good: Durable (dropped many times), reliable.
The bad: Battery goes dead with no warning beeps.
Summary: I have had this phone for almost two years, and even though it has some scratches from being dropped so many times, it still works pretty well. It's a great phone, and has served me well.
