The good: great looking, amazing touch screen, awesome web browsing experience, fun with mobileme, MMS works amazingly, easy to navigate, and more, oh and lets not forget THE APP STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The bad: Cant accept .ICS calender files in the mail app, but thats only one thing.
Summary: This is a great phone, it is one of the only smart phones that a adult can use, and a kid can use as well, many apps make it customizable and helpful for anything.
The good: Great Phone Screen has a sharp display more apps easy use
The bad: battery life, it lags sometimes
Summary: I bought this phone about a month ago and i love it the only thing i wish was better is the battery life but that's the only thing wrong
The good: it was easy to learn things on the phone, i have played around on the delve before for figured it would be similar
The bad: phone has a few glitches here and there, and not very durable.
Summary: had the phone 4 days and the main screen glass is cracked. was told it was due to an impact during a 10 minute drive across town. even though it was in my coat pocket, which puts the phone towards the front of me they said it must have been caught between the door and seat.... and they said it voids the warranty because even though there isnt a mark on the phone it had to be impact caused. if the phone gets a cracked screen in my coat pocket from driving across town this phone is not going to be very durable. and to top it off i asked about replacement screen and they dont know if its a seperate glass piece, if the whole lcd has to be replaced or anything. apparently they have no support on it or any parts available according to them.
The good: 3.2mp camera finally
trackpad big jump from trackball in ease of use
Screen looks nice
The bad: screen is small
keyboard is smaller than the old Bold, could be small for big hands
some build quality issues (wobbly tackpads and other pieces on the phone)
Summary: Its the best BB out, but compared to the competition out there its still behind the curve. The OS isnt much different from 4.6 OS, and RIM needs to revamp it ASAP to compete with newer OSs like iphone, Andrid, Web OS and WM7 (when it comes out). The BB OS is becoming the antiquated Palm OS of the past and past it prime. The OS isnt nearly as easy to use as something like an iphone or as visually appealing.

The hardware is generally good and a step up from even the older Bold, although there are some build quality issues going around like wobbly tackpads and other pieces on the phone being creaky or loose. But it still feels like more of the same old, nothing revolutionary, just slightly evolutionary, and not sure if its worth the cost from the old Bold or a 8900 except for the 3G.

The device is small and light, but may be too small for people with large hands. the screen is also shrunk from the original Bold which is disappointing because it was a good size and is now on the small side at under 2.5 inches. Compared to the huge displays out there (iphone 3.5" Droid 3.7" Touch Pro 3.6") it looks like a postage stamp and videos (and photos) are hard to view as they strain your eyes.

OS wise- streaming video/youtube support is basic at best and the screen size hinders viewing anything for more than a min or 2. Also the browser is in a SERIOUS need of upgrading, the mobile web is no longer the standard for a smartphone. Webkit browsers with touchscreen work a TON better and dont have to scroll the little ball/pad up and down and left and right time after time to view a page.

Battery life has been great, easily through a full day and voice quality has been generally good, maybe a little worse than the 1st Bold but not by much if at all.

A side note, BIS still needs a huge revamp. With Exchange and 2 way gmail sync in mostly every smartphone on the market out of the box, there's no excuse for the same $30 data plan that BIS doesnt support email folders, or 2 way Gmail (things you read or delete on the computer arent registered on the device) in almost 2010. It was a good system in 1999 but it needs a huge revamp if they want to keep their consumer space share
The good: Everything is good but phone is bulky.
The bad: Big.
Summary: Awsome phone so far! Love the E-ink keypad. Fells very good to text.
The good: big screen, great sound quality, great pictures, good speed on downloads, full QWERTY keyboard vaugely reminds me of a blackberry, easy menu navigation, Micro SD card slot. Reg. size headphone jack
The bad: streaming video quality sucks even with hi-def stream, can not save sounds from browser, random shut-off in calls and texts, not compatable with a lot of apps from the store
Summary: I have had this phone for a little over a year. all in all its a great phone. the bad part is the fact that i had to get a replacement for "totally random" shut offs. verizon tech support says it was a glitch in the early models, and since i have recived the updated software it hasn't happened. great phone if all you want to do on the web is update status' on facebook/myspace etc.. only loads whole websites zoomed out and when you zoom in, the website makes no sense. GREAT MP3 PHONE. if you like your music on your phone, this has great sound quality and easy music navigation. all in alll its a pretty good phone.
The good: small and convenient
The bad: keys are a bit too small but not much of a problem.
Summary: This is a great phone. It's compact, it has a good battery life per charge, and most of all it's easy to use. A first time user can activate the phone easily right out of the box. The keys on the qwerty keyboard are small, but definitely work well. For someone new to texting this phone is definitely a winner.
The good: feels great in hands, very slim and light, glass touch screen, 5mp AF camera, on verizon, 3.5mm headphone jack
The bad: battery life could be better, it runs android 1.5 not 2.0, trackball is a little small
Summary: this is a over all good phone. it looks great and runs android. screen is very responsive and great to use. htc sense is really fun and useful. basicly i love this phone.
The good: nice sound quality
nice screen and camera beautiful form factor inner circle was a great idea. web browser
The bad: plastic feel, keyboard way to small for average size hands, space bar off center, no track ball, menu was is annoying
screen could have been larger
Summary: What to say about the snap, well it is a gorgeous looking phone with massive potential if the designers would have went back and made both the screen and the keyboard bigger, removed the D-pad and in it's place a track ball. The fact that the space bar is offset infuriates me, I find my self hitting the Question mark all the time, also What was the point of caps if you hit shift twice it will stay in caps. the screen is nice not top of the line but nice, if the people at HTC will read the reviews and make the changes it would be an amazing phone maybe even a nice touch screen. the buttons on the keyboard are soooo cramped it bothers me a lot. I hit O's when I am trying to hit I's. it kind of reminded me of a nice black berry knock off, but with a smart phone I think htc has to step it up just a little bit with this phone, otherwise the phone has been great. call and sound quality is great. I would recommend this phone to business people who will need a calendar and other mobile programs but I will not recommend to people with big hands from experience it is hard to type with. good but not close to being flawless.
The good: Excellent blackberry!! BAttery life last 24hr+

The bad: Does not have GPS.
does not have 3G coverage
for tmobile users you cannot access your tmobile account from your phone.
Summary: overall blackberry did a great designing the phone ,but left out key elements that i believe all smart phones shoulda have such as GPS and 3g coverage. Without these
In 2 months, I had 4 phones and 6 so called software updates. The phone constantly shuts down, reboots, etc. I have spent more time at Verizon than I care to say. The last time it was given a software upgrade, they swore it would work, within 1 day the phone was worse than when I took it. I wanted a totally different phone so I just got the Env 3 because they claimed the touch screen was the problem, HOWEVER, within 3 days, same thing, phone shut down during text messaging. I don't know what's going on, but I've had it. I wish they would be honest and tell you if the phone has issues. I don't have time to go to Verizon every other day, this is the worst phone and ridiculous!
The good: Size, graphics, features and apps.
The bad: Slow, freezes, cant sync email and no solutions.
Summary: I love the graphics on this phone. Great features and small size were exactly what I was looking for. The great features arent so great when it takes sooo long to pull them up on the screen. My Pixi is having thinking difficulties and has since day one. There are so many apps you can download, but when you use them the phone just freezes up in the middle. I also have been trying to set up my email (Outlook)with no luck. I was told by Sprint customer service that I basically have to wait until they have an update which, as of now, doesn't exist. Cute phone but way too much hassle! Maybe it will be better on the next version.
The good: The call quality is good, which is all I want a phone to be for the most part. text messaging is easy as well. The camera is good, I like the design with it being a flip phone. Now I like a phone being a little fatter, but I fixed that with buying a clear cover for it, so I couldn't be happier with that now. I haven't used the voice dialing, but can't wait to do that today. The speakerphone is good. It feels solid too, not junky or flimsy, so you feel like it's gonna stay in good shape
The bad: The only thing that's frustrating is that the clear button is right below the bottom arrow button, so it clears you out of the current screen you're using if you hit it instead of the down arrow button, but a fix is they give the option to use keypad numbers to select what you can with the arrows, if you get used to that you should be good, but trust me it's not enough to get you to not want the phone, but the only problem.
Summary: This phone just came out, I had it for over a week now and I like it, very good phone...
The good: - 3G
- Sliding/tilting keyboard very nice
- Nice camera
- Decent built in speakers
- Many applications, lots of them free
- Decent processor speed
- Good battery life, plays music for me for 24 hours on a full charge
- Best touch screen so far
- Stylish
- Heavy, but feels very durable and is easy to hold
The bad: - Short USB cable
- Microsoft Active Sync is glitchy, not so great; need to upgrade OS from XP to Vista (never!) or 7
- Texting on this keyboard takes some getting used to, it's much wider than a BB so may take a bit more dexterity
- Not a standard USB cable, so have to buy additional if you need extra
- No separate headphone jack, have to buy special or use clunky adapter
Summary: I do love this phone, despite a few shortfalls. Some of the reviews are misleading, and were published long before the US version of the phone was even available. For example, the SD card slot is easily accessible on the side of the phone.

My son received his MyTouch the same day I got this phone, and the boxing for this phone could be much MUCH better, especially for the price. Unboxing the MyTouch was like "Here is your AWESOME, new COOL PHONE!!!" While the Touch Pro 2 was like "Here's your new phone." The MyTouch came with an SD card, this phone did not, which seemed cheap on T Mobile's part. Would I buy this phone again, YES!
The good: Fast internet, fun amazing Apps, and just easy to use.
The bad: The texting takes time to get used to.
Summary: To start I have had this phone for over a month and am still in love. This phone is not only stylish but just fun to use and explore. The texting is a little tuff in the beginning and can get frustrating, but give it some time and you will love it. So I highly recommend this phone for anyone
. So buy and enjoy, and this review is written from my MyTouch 3G.
The good: it has a qwerty board so it is easy to txt and you can change the face plate.and it has a music player that you can download songs onto and ya
The bad: when you do a text message you have to go to options and go to Abc to type the name in and alot of others phone just have it on there automaticly. when u are txting and when you slide it down hard the phone shuts off automaticly and it makes me mad and thats the worst thing about this phone
Summary: this phone is a good phone. you can type on the qwerty board instead of trying to type on the buttons that have 3 or 4 letters on them. it has a music players so u can listen to music on your phone. it has a lime green and titainum faceplate so you can always have your own style to the phone. i enjoy this phone but i already know i am getting another phone soon. :(
The good: phone service, Price Tag
The bad: customer service
Summary: I and my wife had have Tracfone for years and never had any of the issues that others have mentioned. I will admit that customer service can test your patient, only had to use it once, but since most company outsource their customer service anyway, they are all on the same level anyway. Other than that, it?s inexpensive phone service, I have traveled to different parts of the country and still have service where other carrier couldn?t provide. The phone selections are good and inexpensive, although you won?t find the super duper high tech phones you can get from Verizon, AT&T or Sprint; I don?t use any of that stuff anyway, so way buy it. There are no contracts, no termination fees, no phone insurance to buy, and none of the hassle with major carrier. I buy minutes about every 90 days for 20 to 30 dollars and call who ever, when ever.
The good: Excellent Coverage
Sales Dept. Is fantastic.....AWESOME DEALS!!!!
The bad: 24 Customer Service/Tech
Summary: I'm a real problem customer.....I've destroyed 3 blackberry curves since my account opened in September....nTelos has replaced it 2 times......my stupid tail didnt get insurance and every time sales has replaced it for free...this time I paid full retail and they still found me a deal ....on this the 3rd blackberry....starla is awesome...ask for her.....not only have they replaced out of warranty and non insured phones they were helpful and friendly!!

Excellent coverage and great data speeds.....ALL over hampton roads....I dont do much traveling but Im thrilled with my local coverage coming from VZW I feel the coverage is better than VZW....plus I get the satisfaction of knowing Im supporting a Virginia Business.

They also have some fantastic devices releasing in 2009-2010 like the htc hero and blackberry tour!!!

Try em out you get a 30 day and I think youll like em alot...great prices good support and helpful sales & tech staff

The good: Snappy Performance. Great build quality. The phone is beautiful. Great music player as well. Great connectivity set.
The bad: accelerometer could be faster. Shutter key for camera is too stiff.
Summary: I have had this phone for about three months and i am very happy with my purchase. Phone does everything I want. The design is great, probably the best out of all n series phones.
The good: Style, Battery, screen resolution, camera
The bad: Volume of ringtones both in headset and bluetooth
Summary: We received this phones as a replacement / upgrade from our RAZR V3. The phone is well designed, and easy to use. However, the volume of ring tones, speaker, and even headset are too low. I contacted the manufacturer, and spoke with their level 2 tech support. I was told that there is NO way to change this. When asked if there was something I could do equivalent to SEEM edits that I had done on the V3, they said no. In fact, their tech suggested that if I did not like the phone, to return it and find a motorola!
I WILL!!!
