The good: Stylish, good call quality, ok internet access, TV works if you want that feature, relatively cheap.
The bad: The QWERTY keyboard button on the touchscreen are too small to hit accurately for most people, the scrolling is horrible (opposite of the iphone). It will lock up randomly a few times every day, very annoying b/c you have to remove the battery.
Summary: My LG Vu just died, the touch screen stopped responding. Needless to say, this is a pain. I've had it 13 months, one month past the warranty. Did an internet search on Google and discovered that this is very very common. The phone used to freeze up frequently, the touchscreen is more of an annoyance than a convenience. The small touch screen buttons were really frustrating too. I should be more upset that I have to buy a new phone, but I'm actually kind of relieved to be able to move on. I would NOT buy this phone again.
The good: Everything!
The bad: Nothing!
Summary: This phone is amazing. It's really attractive, and everything about it is wonderful. The buttons are big and easy to press down, and the graphics are great. The front is unique and the keys are very sensitive. I like how you can adjust the vibration strength and sensitivity for the front keys. I highly recommend this phone. It is incredible.
The good: very very good fone. i've had my fone for alittle over 2 years and its been amazing. no problems at all!! and u can turn off the camera sound. i've dropped this fone so many times plus dropped it in water PLUS had a girlfriend throw the fone across the room and hit the wall.
The bad: 1. i text ALOT on my fone and my pound (#) key is starting to become hard to push
2. i charge my fone EVERYNIGHT and have had to replace the battery twice
3. if you talk for the fone for longer than an hour, the fone gets REALLY hot
Summary: this fone is amazing. yes its very basic and the pictures are kinda lame but its a very nice fone for calling and texting.
The good: EASY TO ACESS WHATEVER APP YOU NEED. TRANSFERRING INFO IS EASY. I'M LOVING THIS DEVICE NEVER HAD A PHONE THAT COULD DO ALL THIS. VERY CONVIENT ACCESS TO THE INTERNET AND OTHER WEB PAGES.
The bad: I HAVE A TIME WITH THE KEYBOARD BUT AS TIME GOES ON IT GETS EASIER TO USE. IT TAKES A FEW MINUTES TO BOOT UP TO COME ON ONCE TURNED OFF. :(
Summary: I'V FALLING IN LOVE WITH ANDROID PHONES NOW I DON'T WANT TO EVER HAVE TO GO BACK TO A BASIC PHONE. THE NAVAGATION SYSTEM HAS SAVED ME FROM BEING LOST A NUMBER OF TIMES.
The good: Good camera, Nice bright and colorful screen, 3.5mm jack.
The bad: Battery life, Resolution, a little laggy.
Summary: So I've had this phone for almost 2 weeks now and it's pretty darn good. The screen is responsive but while texting it's not all that great. You can have up to 5 menus and add shorcuts it there. While unlocking the screen theres something called "Smart Unlock" which is a pretty neat feature. When the phone is locked you press a button and the locked screen comes up and you draw a little image and it unlocks either the screen or you can set it to unlock an application. But one problem that I did have with this was which some of you might not even really care for but the screen resolution is supposed to be 360x640 but the highest video playback that it does is 320x240 and it doesn't say that on the website which they really should. That's pretty much it and if you don't mind the screen thing then I would recommend this phone to anyone.
The good: Battery life is great, it's fast, nice looking, and has a great screen. This phone does everything
The bad: Can't find any
Summary: It's a great phone, yet people with iphones try and put it down. It's cleary the best phone out right now. And we're waiting on a update now!
I have been with Ntelos since 2003 and I haven't had any problems with them.
The good: Everything
The bad: None, eh maybe the lack of "bored at work" apps
Summary: I got this phone after leaving Alltel (Verizon after the coup d'état, but I digress). While I was with Alltel I had the 8330, and WOW this bold is such an upgrade. There are actually no cons for this phone, perhaps just the lack of apps that distract you from that informative board meeting :D As for the physical features of the phone, well it just simply looks great! And the keyboard is just right for my thumbs (p.s. I've got big hands). ALSO!!! the track bad is amazing on it with a very minimal learning curve. So I'd definitely recommend this phone to anyone!
The good: None
The bad: eats batteries, doesn't see sim card, drops calls
Summary: Horrible phone, needs charging everyday even with limited use approximately three calls. I have had this phone replaced going on three times. Motorola refuses to replace this with a dependable phone. They keep sending me the same model that has the same problems.
The good: Good Battery Life BEst On Any Smartphone next to Iphone, Fun, Does Everything you need AND MORE, stylish, Very Customizable
The bad: Long Bootup
Summary: Any Problems i've had with this phone has not been to its own fault for example i have a problem with the BBM but thats because of BBM not the phone.

THIS IS A EXCELLENT PHONE my first personal blackberry

i have tested many phones Iphone,G1,Blackberry Pearl, Droid, and this is my favorite phone

SIze- PErfect Not to Big Not TO Small
Look-Sexy and Smoove a little bit cheap looking but not really
Use-Unliited Possibilities and ways to make this YOUR blackberry does everything you need and WAY WAY more
CAll Quality-GREAT LOUD AND CLEAR, BEst SERVICE i ever had on a phone and the WiFi Works great picking it up anywhere i have a signal and switching over to that for faster use of apps and web browsing
The good: EASY TO USE, GOOD KEYBOARD
The bad: BAD SERVICE, BAD SPEAKER QUALITY, PHONE IS CHEAPLY MADE AND WILL MALFUNCTION WITHOUT WARNING
Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!

ITS VERY VERY CHEAP....IT WILL START TO MALFUNCTION IN PROBABLY 2-3 WEEKS I KEPT MINES IN GREAT CONDITION AND IT JUST STARTED MESSING UP OUT OF NOWHERE I SWITCHED TO A BLACKBERRY BEST THING I EVER DID =]

IF U DONT NEED OR WANT A SMARTPHONE IM NOT SAYING YOU HAVE TO GET ONE BUT DONT GET THIS PHONE BECAUSE YOUR GOING TO END UP REPLACING IT ANYWAY

IF YOUR LOOKIN FOR A MULTIMEDIA PHONE THATS FAST WITH A KEYBOARD I RECCOMEND GETTING THE ENV TOUCH CUZ I HEAR THE ENV3 MALFUNCTIONS AFTER AWHILE OR MAYBE THE SAMSUNG ROGUE THEY COST MORE BUT THE MONEY IS WORTH YOU NOT HAVING TO KEEP REPLACING PHONES AND IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY JUST GET A SMARTPHONE

I RECCOMEND TOP 4 SMARTPHONES FOR NEW SMARTPHONE USERS IN THIS ORDER FOR VERIZON

1.CURVE 8530- BECUZ THIS WILL PROBABLE BE YOUR FIRST SMARTPHONE AND THE TRACKPAD IS WAY BETTER THE PHONE IS STILL A LIL COMPLICATED FOR NEW USERS BUT YOULL GROW TO LOVE IT AND NEVER GET BORED WITH IT
2.DROID ERIS -LOTS OF FUN POSSIBLITIES AND THINGS TO DO
3.BLACKBERRY STORM 2
4.PALM PRE PLUS I DONT REALLY LIKE IT BUT YOU MIGHT

LOOK AT VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE =]
The good: Applications, the GREAT virtual keyboard, Sense UI and it's corresponding widgets, call clarity and reception.
The bad: Slight lags in performance here and there, battery life could use a smidge of improvement
Summary: This phone is awesome. I've had mine for about a month and have no intention on returning it. I use it mostly for music, text messaging, various forms of internetting, and for directions and GPS. Of course, the GPS functionality will be MUCH better once the Eris receives the 2.x Android facelift, but it gets the job done for now with Google Maps and directions. The contact integration with Facebook is quite cool, and the Android application library has a lot of nifty stuff.

With this being my second experience with a touch screen smartphone (my first was a Samsung Omnia. Windows Mobile 6.1 is bad news) I am very satisfied after being skeptical for so long. I recommend this phone highly.
The good: get this phone
The bad: samsung t209
Summary: hello i have my samsung t209 fromm 2004 until now 2010 i have like almost 6 years it works great when i drop it on the floor this phone is indestructible i dropped too many time hey people i recomend you to get samsung t209 , t319 ,t309 , x495 get them iam keep that forever even i swith a company its unloked even for international cell phone company's
The good: LONG talk time....as long as 5 hours
Sturdy...dropped it a bunch of times
The bad: Not supported by Metro PCS
Summary: I picked up this little phone back in 2006 on eBay, and only stopped using it when I was trying to save money so switched to Metro PCS. I've had 2 phones with this current provider and hated them both. I had to buy a backup battery because I got sick and tired of running out of juice and having no time or place to plug in and wait. My old Nokia carried me through one convo with a friend one day for nearly 5 hours! I still have the phone and I'm going back to AT&T now that they have an unlimited no-contract plan that I can afford. Yeah it doesn't have a camera...so what? I HAVE a Kodak and don't need that junk on my cell phone crowding up my memory and eating all my battery juice. Nor do I want to chat or email anyone. I'll wait til I get home thanks. It's enough that I have a phone attached to my ear half the time these days. At the end of the day...I am still in love with this little phone! That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
The good: Everything, well mostly everything
The bad: Sometimes when im on the internet for a long period, it will shut itself off.
Summary: I got this phone after my 3rd moto razr stopped working. It's very easy to use and easy to navigate. Im very happy with it. it has a bright clear screen, the music plays cleary and texting is easy.

Sometimes when im on the internet for a while, it'll shut itself off. Sometimes when i go to touch the widgets they'll jump away from me, but its all good.
They only problem i've really had is my computer is not able to reconize it when i want to put music on it, but i assume thats my fault.

Id also recommend buying a case for it.
The good: no internet purchase needed for touch screen
The bad: types whatever it wants, then clicks end and send. freezes. buttons to WHACKO
Summary: This is a terrible phone. I'm on my second one, and taking it back for good today. Whenever I try to text, it pushes "lkjsdlkfjlkjdf??dfjo" and clicks send. It's really embarassing. Also, sometimes it freezes and calls can't be answered and texts can't be read.
The good: i love the screen and the feel of the phone. especially the keyboard. the phone is great
The bad: keyboard is a little to get used to but its amazing. hate the fact that has accelerometer but no virtual keyboard. also battery is kind of weak. and it has no word guesser like the blackberry does.
Summary: i love the phone and the way it feels in my hands. i don't care about the size cause a phone is a phone no matter what. the keyboard is fabulous and the screen is fantastic. since the phone can be upgraded, Samsung should add a virtual keyboard and a better battery that is the same size but a much higher capacity. the phone does lack a little bit but its not problem for me. the web browser is fantastic and i love the way you can zoom in and out of the screen. the camera is gorgeous takes amazing pictures and the best part about it is that you can draw on it. over all the phone is really amazing and i definitely recommend it.
The good: very durable love screen long battery life for me great camera
The bad: none
Summary: i love my samsung freeform it's the best. all it's missing is the video camera
The good: EASY TO USE PHONE, AND SO?
The bad: SINGULARLY THE MOST COMPLEX, DIFFICULT TO USE AND UNFRIENDLY PHONE EVER MADE. COMES WITH A PLAYING CARD SIZED GUIDE, BUT THE OWNERS MANUAL (ON INE ONLY IS OVER 300 PAGES LONG!)
Summary: NO ONE TO GET HELP FROM, DOWNLOADS ONLY A FEW EMAILS AT A TIME, EXTREMELY UNWIELDY KEYBOARD,VERY HARD TO BLUETOOTH LINK TO CAR, WOULD LIKE TO STEP ON IT AND SMASH IT! NEEDS TO BE RECHARGED TWICE A DAY.
The good: Great and vibrant screen, big keyboard, the sound quality is great, and easy to navigate
The bad: The background does not auto rotate when you slide to use the keyboard
Summary: The phone overall is great. I don't know about the rest of the reviewers but I charge mine about every other day or 3 days. I text a lot so the big keys are great. The talk time could be extended though. I've had a lot of phones and the impression happens to be the best one I've ever had.
