The rumors about the galaxy s3 weren't what i went for before the release of the phone as i had the intuition that it would continue the same way as it had done with galaxy s to galaxy s2 but wait it boggled my mind. The phone with its design itself blew me away as samsung known for sharp corners and bar type of designs had gone out of the usual to make a gem of a design. Even though i dislike the plastic back and very light weight of the phone, it still strikes a chord in the elegant curved bottom and top, the curvature which continues with the back makes it a class apart, Talking about the performance its unrelenting, the processor is smooth as butter and the RAM of 1GB makes it even better. The Touchwhiz user interface complements the android software even better. Overall the delivers what it promises to do and never backs down on any app run on it.
Im in love with this device. First of all, I am not gonna conmpare the OS with other OS, just gonna review WP8 and Nokia L920! The simplicity and ease of the OS combined with the excellent (maybe the best in terms of quality) hardware of the phone, the NL920 can certainly ride along with the market rulers (Iphone 5 and GS3)!!
Even though the WP8 has a lot of room for improvement in terms of the flexibility and options for users, the OS is silky smoth and fast. I am in complete love with this OS. As far is practicality and every day use for an average working individual is concerned, I think WP* is better than Android (wont comment on IOS since I hv never used it). Everything is so integrated and fluidic. But for a techie (or most of the youth today) who lives inside their phone, the OS may seem a bit too simple. The lack of apps might be visible to super tech guys out there but for a average or above average user, all essential apps are present (or atleast a adjustable equivalent). Notie how all reviews constantly name the same 2 or 3 apps while they point out the WP8 lack of apps. But for some of the apps avaialble, te quality can be improved a lot.
The phone as such is amazing! Even after 2 months with the phone, I cannot stop admiring the phone! It is just so beautiful and elegant! The camera, the display, the design, the feel and look is just top notch! Most of the reviews complain about the weight of the phone which was not the case for me. Granted it was heavy when I picked it up first since my previous phone was just 112 gms but it became negligible after a few hours of carrying the phone around. I personally feel the sheer size and sleekness of big display phones like Galaxy Note 2 is more uncomfortable than the weight of NL920. But thats just me! As for the battery, the phone can get through the day but it could have been better but compared to the smartohone market, the battery is above average!
The Nokia apps are the best! I previously used google apps but I think the Nokia apps are at par or some of them, even better than google apps. The offline usage of Nokia maps, Nokia music are some of the apps that impressed me.
I truly believe that NL920 and WP8 has the potential to create and sustain a market of its own. All that Nokia and MS have to do is listen to user feedbacks and roll out solutions really fast if they wanna compete with Android or IOS (Easir said that done but...). Also, they can do a much better job at marketing /advertising, They have increase their efforts and more importantly, focus their efforts to where it actually counts!
Are you sure about it? Are you bonifide businessman ? Mmmmm...but it shows you're not..but that ok..all you need is do some research first if not.you're not belong with this forum...
I hate those person commenting and they don't know what there saying...! IQ wise..
amazing, only thing bad battery only lasts bout 7 to 8 hours on heavy use.
It may not have the best specs, but to me it's about the whole user experience from start to finish. Apple surely has that with the app ecosystem, and the deep integration with social networking, not to mention the day to day functionality. It just gets the job done!
Bought me this phone and the truth is that it is a wonder, the reality is that the iphone me aburria already was becoming the same.
I have been with T-Mobile for over 2 years now and have been very satisfied with them. Whenever I call customer service, the people have been very helpful. My Nokia 5230 died after two years of use and I had to buy a new phone. It was the on/off switch that became defective. Otherwise, the phone worked fine but I decided it was time for a new phone so I chose the Nokia Lumia 710 and so far it's been a good upgrade. I like the Nokia products and went into a T-Mobile store. Even the person at the retail store was very helpful. I was with AT&T for over 6 years and had nothing but problems so I'm very happy with T-Mobile. I've not had any problems with them at all. Highly recommend them.
The iPhone has always been a passion for me, the apple is always innovating with the new design of iphone 5, the larger screen lighter and thinner iPhone is brutal
I really like pretty much everything about this phone. Missing a couple apps that I had on my BB9900 but sounds like they are coming.
The keyboard is just awesome. I never thought I would like the virtual keyboard as I have tried them for a bit on other devices, but this one works great. The swipe up is cool and fun. I keep trying to see what sentences I can do by just swiping :)
best phone i have used i have played with galaxy s3 and ht c one x+ and nothing compares yes size can be a issue at times but the good things about it out weight the issue of the size.
great hardware that packs a punch and is better then the pitty iphone
Sense 4 making huge changes that some will love. Beautiful screen amazing camera and authentic sound!
Design. JellyBean. Looks. S4Pro. 2GiBRam.Google. And PRICE. Thats what makes this phone the best.
The Samsung Galaxy Note II is a great phone big but worth every inch i love the note II and my Favourite Phone!
The device is way too fun to use, it's a totally viable choice that you won't regret. There are quite a bit of apps presently but surely more will follow suit in the coming weeks.
I love the new retina display and how light and thin the new iPhone 5 is.
This is the phone to get. Camera and HDMI output is really nice. Love all the features. Notification is cool.
Security is must for mobile devices now.
Go for it! It might be late, but it got everything right.
This is a game changer!!
The new Blackberry Z10 is really going to change the game and this is just the first step....And what a step!!
