After, the update this phone is like a new phone, faster, Battery life is longer, just amazing
till the date i used galaxy s2, blackberry bold, nokia e63, galaxy s3, apple iphone 4s, galaxy note2 and now finally apple iphone 5....... and i can say without any hesitation that Apple has done a grt job with their product iphone5.... and amazing bild quality and amazing display...... for me its the best smartphone yet...
this is the best phone ever!!!!! nothing can beat this beast!!!!
With the speed and size of this device you can miss. It make the Iphone 5 look like warmed over iphone or AKA the tall phone. This is the best true black on screen and amazing fast. I would want another phone.
May lack some apps although most big names are there and will be even more once the android runtime is improved, but best browser on mobile or desktop makes up for it. If you like to get things done, love to flow, this is for you. Very intuitive and beautiful.
This phone is for those that love the look and feel of stock android and users don't have to worry about receiving future updates. This phone rivals any phone in looks and still has the hardware to rival all the other top phones. Though the phone may not have the highest resolution screen, the fastest processor, or the best camera in the market, it is a solid smartphone that I would enjoy carrying.
Time again this phone has proven itself to me to be the best phone currently available for all the right reasons.
The phone has suprised me many times since I bought it in december. The screensize, internal storage, camera, and overall desogn has made this phone the best phone Ive had so far. There arent many phones better than SIII and there are 30 million reasons why
Let's make one thing clear, my country does not have carriers that subsidise the phone price, so whenever you go to a phone shop you have to put down all your cash.
Why the Nexus 4 caught my eye= simply put, the price. When it was released S3 was the go to device for everyone and since most wars are won in the specs race, this phone matched Samsung's flagship toe for toe. I do understand that a 16 GB cap is a disadvantage, but once you start efficiently using dropbox, drive and box, life becomes easy. Another disadvantage is the back glass which even with gorilla glass 2 is prone to scratching, so be careful, or do what i did and get yourself a transparent sheet to cover the back. Call Quality is fine and loudspeaker volume is more than adequate. Wifi antenna is not really great as it's range is slightly limited but not to the point that it becomes an issue. The display is not bright enough to be comfortably be used on a very sunny day but it gets the job done. Battery life is OK, i mean i don't use data services and still only manage to get a day and a half out of the phone, or maybe it's just me because i was used to using those Nokia feature phones with mind blowingly long battery life. Plus i like using the pure android experience. I always liked HTC's sense (used to use it on Eclair) and i did fell slightly bare bones when i read all the software goodies that samsung packed into it's devices. Just remember most of those features can be enabled on the nexus 4 through 3rd party applications, but even when i had these features such as smart stay and the floating video player (forgot what it's called) i never felt the need to use them. I realised that these are just marketing tactics to lure people in. The camera is just average.
yes, it does take really good looking shot when under really good light but the rest of the time the shots come out average, nothing spectacular, but to put this into perspective i would not call the shots taken by the s3 anything special either. So all in all i can say is that getting the Nexus 4 is one of the best things that happened to me It is a great phone which more than makes up for it's short comings by offering the great price
Everything has been thought out carefully with the design of this spectacular phone. The screen is phenomenal - easily the best I've ever used, and the OS design is a minimalist's dream. A nice level of customization is available, along with access to hoards of high quality apps, with great alternatives to the top apps which aren't currently on the platform's app market, including offline maps, navigation, free music streaming and Xbox service integration, with social networking at the core of the system. The camera is superior to the competition with photos and videos coming out close to professional level. The phone is a little bulkier than the norm to accommodate the camera technology, but the sturdiness of the device means you don't feel like you will break it, and in no way detracts from the gorgeous and unique design principle of the phone.
It is a mini computer....it is perfect. It has everything u need....and more. Amazing.
i dont care about the resolution cuz i dont hav a microscope in my eye...a 720p resolution is very good enough for me...i only have my eyes for the tons of features it has...especially the split screen multitasking..superb job samsung..!!
If you need a device that will perform well no matter what you do but will excell at helping you communicate, go for the Z10.
It doesn't have as many apps as most platforms right now though, so you may want to check if some key apps are available before you jump the gun.
Best I've ever used - BT is inconsistent howver
This device has been a bomb ... the speed at which it runs, the browser is ... un comparable. After you get the gestures your faster than your conventional PC / Laptop. the Hub is super effecient, need to say it's even faster than my outlook :) The Keyboard is also unbelievable. The Cons, the screen has a slight yellow tint but nothing which bothers you, the battery life compared to the 9900 is not up there but with the latest update i got at least 4 more hours :) Overall this monster deserves a 8.5 / 10 im sure with more updates it can gain a 10 / 10
Got this phone three weeks back. Am totally in love with this phone. Display is crisp. The clarity in the stereos, the call reception is all excellent. And in no way it looks like the Galaxy nexus, it looks much better than that. Apps from the playstore are great. And yes the battery life, it gives me 72 hours of battery usage when the net is off. i use the net mostly on my pc in my office and in my house. I just the battery life as it gives me great backup.
