Still the best blend of size, usability, and rock solid performance.

I never had one problem only problem is that there isn't a setting to customize a signature so when you text
This phones battery life could last me 2 days, and beats the hell out of my old Incredible. This phones screen is the perfect size for me as well. Its design is really nice especially the back. Really happy with this phone.
Been with TMo for 8 years and loved them! Yes, mistakes happen, but one phone call and issues were resolved. Pricing was competitive and plans were transparent.
Today: The mostly outsourced Cust Svc is a joke. Passing off refurb/defective devices as a replacement (when under an extended warranty) is the new normal and monthly bill fluctuates +/- $40 for 'premium services' that no one can explain.
It is as if no one at T-Mobile USA really cares anymore. Like they are trying to wreck the Company to get this AT&T merger thru the FCC and DOJ. STAY AWAY.
The Nokia Lumia 800 is Nokia's comeback phone as you probably know. It leaves the old Symbian OS behind and runs the beautiful Windows Phone 7 (Mango). Earlier this year, Nokia and microsoft signed a partnership and this is Nokia's first windows phone. No Nokia before the N9 and this had a processor faster than around 0.6 GHz. But this machine s powered by a 1.4GHz processor. We're yet to see some dual core phones from Nokia.
The design of the Nokia Lumia 800 is beautiful and very original. Probably the best design ever seen in a mobile device. It's almost exactly the same as the N9's design with some tiny adjustments, a dedicated camera button, a slightly smaller screen (3.7 diagonally) to make room for the windows capacitive buttons and no front facing camera.
The performance of this thing is very good. No complaints about lag or hanging. Though there are a lot of phones with dual-core processors, speeds ranging from 1 to 1.5 GHz, no windows phone has a dual-core processor. The Nokia Lumia 800 is powered by a 1.4GHz processor which, frankly, is all one needs. It also has a decent 512mb of RAM and a good battery life.
The user experience in the Nokia Lumia 800 is great. Windows Phone is a great, simple and beautiful OS which really doesn't get anywhere near as much praise and recognition as it deserves. It comes preloaded with some Nokia Apps including Noikia Drive, Nokia Maps, and Nokia Music. Also, a great feature of windows phone is that you can carry out one conversation over multiple messaging services including Facebook Chat, SMS, MSN Messenger, and more.
Overall, i think that the Lumia 800 is a great device except for one missing feature. A front facing camera. I'd choose this over any of the Android monster phones out there if it had one. Otherwise it's great, and i highly recommend it if you dont want a front facing camera.
Depending on personal preference, this would probably be the best phone on the market...If you like Android and are not crazy about thin smartphones. One might say that Samsung's latest Galaxy Nexus scores higher because it comes with Android 4.0, but this beast gets an update early next year.
Performance wise, the HTC Rezound is a killer. It's got a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor and 1 GB of ram and it flies.
It's display is phenomenal. Its the highest resolution display on any phone. It certainly did take long enough to beat iPhone 4's amazing pixel density of 326 pixels per inch (ppi) but this machine's got a ppi of 341! And on a 4.3 inch screen! Very impressive. It's an HD quality screen with 720*1280 on a 4.3 inch screen which is really awesome especially when compared to iPhone's sad little 640*960 on a 3.5 inch screen.
Its Design is classic HTC. Curved and beautiful, with lines very unlike other companies' designs. Also, its capacitive android buttons and speaker grille are red, like the HTC Sensation XE before it.
Its sound quality is also phenomenal, but only when you're wearing headphones. It comes with Beats Audio which really delivers a good experience. But of course it can't do much on the phone's loudspeaker, which, frankly, isn't the worlds best. But it's not really a worry, it does the job. And the sound delivered on a pair of headphones compensates.
Now, lets get to the user experience. Android, we all know is a breeze, and will get better with the 4.0 update coming soon. It's not the best looking OS but it certainly is feature packed and not exactly bad looking. Also, android, out of all other mobile operating systems has the most integration with social networks like facebook and Google plus.
The HTC Sense UI (User interface) on the android platform is certainly the best android experience you can get, in terms of looks and ease of use. The features in the lockscreen are nice (go directly to an app without unlocking the phone). Also, I rather like the animations and widgets on the homescreen. The homescreens move around like a carousel.
Typing on the HTC Rezound is a breeze. But frankly, you cant really go wrong with a capacitive touchscreen and that too, of this size.
Overall, it's a great phone and i highly recommend it. If you think a better one's gonna come out...you're probably right. But there's always gonna be a better one.
I have a 2 cell family plan & was late w/my bill, however paid within 72 hours at a corporate store that took my regular payment per contract. My phone was back on immediately. By the time the next billing cycle came I couldn't believe it was an extra $40.00 more for what was described on the bill as a one-time charge. It turns out that due to being late, $20.00 fee per cell phone was added. That is an outrageously high late/reconnect fee. $40.00 more just for T-mobile to press a button is just high-way robbery, especially in this economy. They are no better than everyone else who takes more than a fair share from hard-working people of America. And speaking of America, I don't appreciate speaking to foreign individuals from customer service that I cannot understand. It's hit or miss whether you can get a good customer service experience or not. Finally, the signal is not making it. Alot of dropped calls. My daughter also has T-mobile & lives in a garden apartment near a professional ball park & can only stand in maybe 2, if she's lucky, areas in the apartment in order to make calls. God help you if you needed to call 911--wait heart attack as I need to find a signal before I drop dead! They sure do know that people are relying on these cells because not everyone can afford both a cell & land-line so in this MODERN day & age, there is no excuse for this. What are we paying for anyway if the system cannot by-pass these problems?! I guess we're not as MODERN as we are led to beleive if technology can't handle these problems.
The design of this device is great! The only thing that's bad is that its not offered on other carriers!
Great customer service, though you may have to wait, as they're probably thoroughly dealing with someone else's issue. They have progressively been getting better Android phones, prices are reasonable, upgrade time to a new phone is very quick. 5GB data cap is acceptable compared to other providers and they have AMAZING coverage.
The good: Good reliable phone.
The bad: No camera and limited capability.
Summary: This is an excellent phone but has limited capablity to receive mp3's or pictures - excellent for messaging and calling.
The good: Fast; nice design; Cool applications - e.g. synchronization with your google calendar; Almost like an iPhone, but with a newer and more exciting interface.
The bad: Very, very, very, very, very poor battery.
Summary: Battery life - so poor that I want to give the HTC up and betray my principle of never buying an iPhone. In two days thatI have it on, I had to charge it four times. At night, in sleeping mode, the phone gets disturbingly warm. This, apparently, is the result of the unnecessarily frequent synchronization, which you can either turn off and lose your data, or leave as it is. Unlike in other phones, HTC sensations alarm clock will not go off, if the battery is dead. Of course, you can turn all those wonderful applications off. But then what is the point of having them? And then what makes HTC different from any other phone that is NOT a smartphone. And even then, the battery will only last one day, which puts HTC in a worse position than any of those "not smartphones" that usually last two days. HTC Sensations poor battery literally kills all the good sides of the phone.
The good: big screen, great pictures
The bad: 4G hardly runs, barely get signal, phone turns itself off, doesn't hold a charge.
Summary: I was really impressed with the HTC Touch Pro 2 that I had for a few years so I was really dumbfounded when I got the Sensation 4G & it completely turned itself off after 4 days of use. Luckily with insurance on it I was able to get a new one. The new I've had for 2 days now and it's rebooting itself randomly. I'll get messages that say "send HTC this error report?" Also I have to charge this thing at least three times a day (the batteries are junk)!
The good: Battery life, keyboard
The bad: cannot use tools from front keypad, you cannot use the calculator from the numerical keypad, you have to use the Querty keyboard.
Summary: There are little things that are very anoying, like even if you see the call that you missed and call back, you have to open it in the "missed" list or the icon does not go away.
The good: Unlimited minutes, text and web! Payment machines for quick bill payment. Great customer service.
The bad: Nationwide isn't always consistent
Summary: Ntelos Frawg has lowered their rates recently to unlimited everything nationwide (for most part) for 45.00 a month. This rate is more competitive to straight talk and boost and offers just as much. Really enjoy my services with them.
The good: This phone takes great pictures and has great features for viewing and sharing photos. The full key board is great for texting. Having a touch screen is also a bonus.
The bad: The phone frquently had problems including: frequent and radomly timed dropped calls, reboots when trying to make a call (average of 3 reboots per call), puts itself on airplane mode, and displayed no bars of service despite other phones on the same carrier had full bars.
Summary: I got this phone in September of 2010. Since then I have had to trade in the phone 5 times, replace countless SIM cards and batteries. Also factory wiping the phone didn't improve the quality of the phone. When the phone worked it worked great but when it didn't it really malfunctioned. Don't get this phone!
The good: face to face video calling, rotating camera with flash
The bad: The phone automatically deletes your whole text message log without notice if you have too many in your phone, the phone freezes and force closes, the battery doesn't last at all you don't even have to be using it and your battery will drain because other apps are running in the background and I'll periodically use the app killer but that still doesn't seem to help. I'm also just not a fan of the whole touch screen, if I have another touch screen phone I prefer it to be part touch screen and par
Summary: This phone sucks!!!!!!!!! I should have gotten the G2. I've had this phone for 4 months & wish I would exchange it for something much better!!
The good: its pretty has nice features good for texting
The bad: has HORRIBLE service and is very unreliable
Summary: you could be dying and cant send a message.
an hour ago i accidently stepped on my rumor touch but very lightly. after this it refused to slide out. when i got it to slide out it had difficulties sliding in. by the time it was fully functioning it wouldn't slide up all the way and the screen wouldnt turn on. a lot of people who have this phone say it doesnt last a year and it truly doesnt. DONT buy it take your hundred dollars and take it to metroPCS and get a cheap but RELIABLE phone and still have money left to get accessories. dont buy the rumor touch you will like it at first but in the long run it will be a total pain in the ass for messaging, web, and the damn screen. dont get it. fuck it. just be phoneless rather than gettinq the rumor touch. hope you heed my warning....
The good: Big clear scren, durable, excellent camera, decent sound.
The bad: Battery drains way too fast, touch screen at times freezes.
Summary: 2 months into this phone. Loved it at first but now getting annoyed by a few thinhs. The battery drains fast. I have my screen brightness at its lowest and I kill my running apps regularity. Even if I don't turn the phone on it sucks the battery. This is my main gripe, very annoying. Performance is lagging now. While browsing websites it sometimes will just freeze up. Also sometimes people will call me and it will not ring just go straight to my voice mail, but this may be my providers fault, not sure. I got a free speck case with mine n I recommend it. Without a case the phone is very hard to handle and feels slippery. The camera is awesome! This thing takes insanely great pics. It's comfortable to hold. The alarm clock is reliable. Overall a good phone if u don't mind charging it a couple times a day.
The good: A cool rugidized phone that does not require a data plan.
The bad: Can hardly see the display in bright sun even with the brightness set to maximum.
Phone will shut down on its own.
Needs at least a 4 megapixel camera.
Summary: There is a problem with this phone where it will shut down and the only way to get it to power on again is to momentarily remove the battery. I returned the first phone thinking that this was just a problem with that particular unit however the second phone does the same thing. I emailed Kyocera and they replied that they are aware of the "power cycling problem" and are investigating but no other info was given. I followed up on this email a month later but they have not replied. I would not purchase this phone until Kyocera fixes this problem.
The good: Everything
The bad: None
Summary: awsome phone. very stylish and up to date. call quality is great. messaging is is good to. it is perfect.
