The good: nice screen, bluetooth, great look good camera
The bad: none
Summary: I have this phone with cricket and I really like it! I like all the features and only one thing bothers me, I get a lot of static when I use my bluetooth.Other than that this is a great phone!
The good: Loved the size, style, and the navy & silver color. The surface texture kept it from sliding off the car seat and my lap. Keypad has raised numbers, so I could dial by touch. Best of all, figuring out how to get the 330 to do what I wanted was intuitive and easy.
The bad: It just keeps malfunctioning.
Summary: I really wanted to like this phone.

Sent the first one back to the manufacturer, but the second was no better. After a year of having to wait for the screen to light up, very faint reception, and static in areas where no one else has a problem, I gave up. When I went to buy a new phone, the rep told me the 330 had been a lemon with lots of problems, and had finally been recalled. I never got any notice to that effect, but I don't need a paper to tell me the phone is more trouble than it's worth.
The good: Very Clear
Great Signal Always
The bad: Few Dropped Calls

Summary: I've had Cingular for 6 months and its truly the best coverage, great signal always, i would have to say they are great, I have also tried Sprint, and they can't compete anywhere as good as Cingular. Also customer service is excellent! Cingular is the best, I would recommend it to anyone!
The good: Camera/Video, Bluetooth, Speakerphone, Voice Recorder, Games, & Security
The bad: Few Drop Calls & Charger port thing
Summary: The charger port is not very good the way its made, because of the usb port beside it sort of built in to both, its just hard to get the charger cord/port to plug & stay in.
The good: I am so happy with the new fusic by LG. The phone looks even better then all of the photos I saw leading up to it's release. Not only does it look good but the call quality is there along with great features. For starters some of those features include speakerphone, Bluetooth, MP3 player, and EV-DO support. I haven't gotten to play much with the FM transmitter, but so far I have no complaints!
The bad: I wouldn't recommend this phone if you are looking for a great camera phone... Also, this is not a complete turnoff, but the keypad controls are not my favorite. They seem a little tedious.
Summary: For me this phone works and I am glad that it finally became available on Sprint's EV-DO line of phones!
The good: So far so good with my new a930 by Samsung. After owning many different models, I would have to say that the reception has been so much better on the a930 than any other. Other pros include the quality of the speaker phone, the battery life, camera, bluetooth, and all around shape and size.
The bad: If your a music lover stay away because this does not play mp3's. Try out the new Fusic or V3m for music!
Summary: For me this new Samsung has been excellent. Lastly, I would like to report that I have traveled out of town twice since getting this new phone and had no complications. The phone rang, I answered, and the person on the other end heard me. It doesn't get any better then that! :-)
The good: I am still in the trial and error stages of learning the new Motorola Q, but WOW here is what I think so far. Features that have impressed me most are the voice and sound quality, using voice commands with the Bluetooth headset, photo quality, vibrant screen, MMS, and DUN with PDANET.
The bad: I don't feel like the scroll wheel is sturdy enough. Seems to lag and could really use some better shortcuts. For example, it takes three steps just to get to the InBox...
Summary: Even with a few small complaints, I am never expecting to find perfection in my cellular phone. For the few short hours I have been playing, I am impressed and believe this is going to end up being very popular!
The good: This phone has it all. I love having access to my calendar, contacts, e-mail etc. (The best part was it took like three minutes to upload using wireless sync. Sound quality is great, on and off the speakerphone.
The bad: When putting the battery case on my new Q I was disappointed by the "cheap" feel of the cover. I was also bothered by the amount of time it took the phone to boot up. I understand this is a with a lot going on inside of it, but at least show me something. Let me know it's atleast attempting to come on!
Summary: Besides the cheap feel of the phone, I have been impressed with the features and the programs. As long as the phone doesn't fall apart or the scrool wheel fall off, I would recommend giving the Q a shot!
The good: Phone can only call & recieve calls from numbers that PARENTS progam in (all PIN protected). Smaller than normal phones so easier for little hands.
The bad: none
Summary: We bought this phone for our daughter on her 8th birthday, as she was always using mine to cal her friends. And it has been wonderful! we made her sign a "contract" to use only a certain amount of anytime minutes. She has only used to this date about 30 anytime a month. She calls when she is out with my mom even to let me know where she is going, lol.
I would never get her a normal cell at this age, but the fact that it can only send & recieve calls from numbers that I put in is GREAT! I chose the PIN number and only I can change it. I recommend this phone to any parent that wants to get their pre-teen one.
The good: fast processor, speed ,HUGE screen ,lots of standard features and software
The bad: speaker and ringer needs to be louder as usual with ppc's
Summary: I bought 2 units to use in real estate and they are fantastic for this use. I'm a techie kind of person so I am able to sync apps and such to make it not only productive but fun. A real joy to use!!!
The good: It has regular cellphone + walkie-talkie.Not too much extra stuff you never really use anyway.Extra loud speaker.Pretty long lasting battery.
The bad: No belt clip,no calculator & no camera.I don't see why they could'nt make it a bit smaller. Also the button's are hard to tell apart without looking.
Summary: Overall it is a good phone if you are looking for communication without all the extra goodies that the higher end phone's have. You can pretty much do anything that the expensive one's do except for camera & video.Oh Yeah,it's $50 activated with $10 free airtime.
The good: Excellent reception and very good phonebook. Fixed side volume control that put phone in silent or vibrate mode (SGH-497 did this).
The bad: No bluetooth and USB cables not available at reasonable price (Samsung wants $79+shipping) which means cannot save SIM phonenumbers on PC and have to enter phone numbers by phone and not PC keyboard
Summary: I just got a Samsung SGH-X507 phone. The phone works great, very good design, good screen, excellent reception, very clear voices on phone calls, phonebook allows multiple entries for each name (office, home, Mobile, fax e-mail etc). They have fixed the issue with the SGH-497 side volume putting phone in silent or vibrate mode. Very good reception even in weak signal areas. Glad it does not have one of those useless cameras built-in. Overall a great phone.
The negative is connectivity. There is no Bluetooth. I downloaded PC Studio3 from Samsung website. My hope was that I would be able to enter some phone numbers from the PC keyboard and also be able to back up my SIM phone numbers so I wouldnt have to re-enter them (have 150 entries). However after purchasing 3 different USB cables in an effort to connect to my PC using PC Studio3, I am completely dissapointed.
From what I hear, PC Studio3 is pretty good software. However most will never experience this software because it is impossible to get a cable that will communicate with a Samsung phone. I guess I should not say impossible because Samsung will sell you a USB cable with PC Studio3 software (which you can download for free) for $79 plus shipping. I have already paid $20 per cable for 3 different USB cables that do not work. So it looks like Samsung may have developed good software for their SGH mobile phones but most will never experience it.

The good: Small, stylish, full voice ringtones, easy menu to navigate, loud ringer, loud walkie talkie and speaker.
The bad: I can't figure out how to delete ringtones and applications, screen scratches fast plus the keypad is unpleasant to use.
Summary: A great phone fot the price. Hey who said cell phones are percfect? I got this one for $55.00.
The good: Small, simple and very elegant.
Better reception than all my previous (many) phones.
No camera, thank God. If I want to take decent pictures, I'll use my camera, that's what it is for (you don't use your camera to call people, do you?)
The bad: Main menu defaults to some shopping stuff, give me a break! Have to wait for answer to turn speaker on.
Summary: Small, elegant and cute. Reception better than anything I know. I'm a busy professional, I need a phone to talk to people, not a phone to waste my time. This one does it.
The good: Love the large screen and number pad
The bad: I don't like the way the phonebook works and when I use my bluetooth my special rings don't work
Summary: Thank you so very much for the information that I asked for. You gave me a quick response. I didn't know anything about internal antenna, LCD protective film or radiation shields. It is good to know someone out there will help you. Thank You
I have had to exchange My 5200 3 times and this third time is not a charm. I am having My original problem as well as a second the speaker is distorted. I do not think the battery life is good on this handset at all.
The good: * The phone is the right size, and easily palmed
* The controls are easy to work, and the phone pad buttons are raised and easy to push
* The menus are easy to navigate and use
* You can assign the launch pad (up, down, left, right) to whatever you want
* The phone has 24MB of internal memory
* It comes with a 32MB flash card, and the manual says the slot takes up to 512MB cards. I've read on other web sites that it takes up to 1GB cards with no problem

The bad: * The stereo speakers don't go that loud for ringers
* The provided headset earbuds won't say in my ears very well
* To get things off (and on) the memory card, you have to slip it into an SD adapter. I would have preferred a full size memory chip.
* The camera has an included USB cable that you can connect to a PC and the camera will become a modem. The fact that you can't use that same USB connection to access the storage on the memory card is ludicrous, and a very poo
Summary: I love this phone so much, I wrote an A920 new user help guide on my web site.
The good: Small, reliable, durable, easy to use... mostly everything with this phone is a pro
The bad: Camera could take clearer pictures, but they're not horrible. Not Bluetooth. Occasionally the camera goes on and takes a picture if the phone's in my pocket or purse.
Summary: I've had this phone for almost 2 years, and have been very happy with it. Even after all of this time the battery life is still adequate, usually after a year most phones have very little charge left. I've dropped this phone more than I can count - it has a few scratches and blemishes, but it still works perfectly. I've even dropped it TWICE into the toilet (don't ask) and after it dries it works as well as ever. I've been more than happy with this phone and would recommend it to anyone. I will be trading it in soon for one that is Bluetooth capable, but am passing this one on to a friend of mine because it's too good a phone to just get rid of.
The good: Great styling, lightweight, long talk time, good reception, decent tools offering
The bad: Charger port location is odd - makes it difficult to charge in a stand-up, desktop charger.
Summary: This is a great phone. I'm a Motorola fan, and they've done well this time. The hinge is solid, and does not rock back and forth as some other flips do, the buttons are large and easy to press, and the smart buttons on the side are well-positioned and thought. Voice-activated dialing works well (better than previous versions), even through my bluetooth headset. Can be charged with USB-B cable to USB port. Overall, I give it a 4.99 out of 5.
The good: Good display
The bad: Poor speaker phone sound, unreliable quality
Summary: I am going on my 3rd V551 in my first year of 2 year contract. The phone works good for awhile and then dies on you, losing calls, SIM problems, can't place/receive calls etc. Same probs as the other one I returned. Would not buy again.
