My only problem is with pictures, plenty of memory, no SD card, all my photos are on my old phone.

A step up from the gs3 which still beats other popular phones including the iphone 5
I have owned a Galaxy S, S II, S III, and Note II. This phone is just a better build quality than all of those phones combined. I was debating on upgrading from the Note II to the S IV but I realized that the S IV and S III are ridiculously similar. I decided to go with the HTC One even though I've seen my friends and family have bad experiences with their HTC Evo, EVO 4G, etc.
The phone's build quality is amazing. The moment you unbox the phone, you feel as if you have gotten your money's worth. It is a beautiful phone with a perfect design. It is truly a premium device. The unibody design does get quite warm on the back at times, but only during heavy usage. I miss the ability to be able to remove the back cover but I got over that a lot quicker than I expected. Battery life is pretty good, but I am disappointed that sometimes it can barely last a day. Perhaps I'm just spoiled from the massive battery from the Note II. I have yet to get over the fact that I can't add a microSD card to expand the storage...that's a big downer for me, but I know I can find a way around it since the 32GB model is only $100 down on T-Mobile.
As for performance, I have yet to lag on this phone. It is unbelievably smooth. Sense 5.0 is a fluid layer on top of the original Android OS. I must admit, TouchWiz has the better features such as toggles in the notification bar, and a less complex way of editing the homescreens. However, there is noticeable lag on TouchWiz from time to time. HTC Sense just keeps up with everything I throw at it.
There is a lot of hype around the phone's BoomSound speakers and it surely lives up to it. This phone is LOUD. I found myself startled whenever it went off. Beats Audio is a great compliment to the speakers also, but makes a much bigger impact when the headphones are plugged in. Also, when Beats Audio is turned off, the speakers are louder..interesting.
The UltraPixel camera was a risk that HTC was willing to take and it sure as hell paid off. The camera is amazing in low-light. During the day time however, it can be a bit spotty leaving some areas of the picture blurred but only noticeable when you look at the picture carefully. HTC Zoe makes taking pictures easy with the 3 second video and the ability to choose the exact shot that you want to keep. Video highlights are fun to play with when you're on a trip to say, Disneyworld, and you want to make a short video montage of all the photos you have. There are tons of camera features to choose from for all occasions and moments. The front facing camera is wide angle which just looks a lot better than your average front facing camera.
Of course, call quality and reception are great. I hear that some Sprint models have a dead zone where if you hold the phone a certain way, you lose a considerable amount of bars and call quality deteriorates. However, that is not the case in the T-Mobile variant.
OVERALL, I love this phone. I never thought I would buy an HTC phone but they seriously stepped up their game. I am anxious to see how the Butterfly S does.
I changed up to the One from an HTC Sensation and the difference is huge. The way the phone feels, the way it never lags, the fact that my signal never drops off where it used to on my last phone. I could go on for ages. The best thing though, is the battery, it's still the weakest thing on the phone but it beats my last phone hands down. I can snap away on the camera when I'm out, I can play games (although Real Racing 3 is a battery killer)! Best of all are the comments from anyone who looks at the phone, including 2 people who just got the S4 and on hearing the speakers both offered me a swap! Not a chance!
HTC one is a great smartphone. It's unibody design makes it feel solid in hand. The 1.7 GHz quadcore makes app works snappier. Must buy smartphone of the year!
Outstanding Body, Amazing Screen with 468PPI and Sense 5 with Zoe , Video Highlights and other tweaks makes this the best phone till date.
Pros:
1. Best Low light Camera(Better than 920 as this has fast shutter speeds than Lumia and Extremely fast processing than 920 or 925/928)
2. The Unibody - Zero Gap Construction in Aluminium makes it the best phone to handle.
3. Front Facing Stereo Speakers with crisp and loud sounds than any other phone
4. 2GB RAM, Adreno 320 Graphics and a Quad core 1.7Ghz Qualcomm Processor
5. Excellent Battery Optimization and Zero Lag
There are lots more but I ran out of space to mention them all. You use it, you would not touch any other mobile!!! I guarantee
Cons:
1. Comparatively low standby time (which will be addressed in upcoming updates)
2. The camera resolution is good for viewing without zooming in, but when zoomed in, it is not par with 13MP cameras out there.
Verdict: 9.5/10
After two androids (Samsung both) and one iPhone, it is time to switch. I used to have Nokia - 4 years ago. It been a long time to wait but their build-quality is second to none. Additionally, it's time to put some colour in the phones. After six years I can honestly say that Nokia has done the best phone at the moment
The HTC One offers a lot of different application that can be used in it's beautiful display. The battery life is amazing, and it's just enough to last a whole day.
...the title says it all, the only bad thing is i don't have it,,,but PhoneDog can fix it
The phone except its plastic design rocks the performance of the PowerVR + Exynos 5 is mind blowing scoring 29300 in AnTuTu
Very well aluminum build with 2 front facing speakers with great sound, great camera in low light as well as in light quality just as good as 13mp camera HTC Zoe and blink feed are awesome features that come in handy for editing videos or quickly trying to see what's new in a few minutes all around I say this is the best looking phone out there with great quality HTC has really stepped it up with this phone
Big beautiful display, a lush variety of features, and the air gesture thing makes it a stone winner.
I have had my S4 for about a month and a half. I have had no problems the device is so smooth and fast. It does more than I could imagine.
