Beau HD takes a first look at the Honor 6 Plus smartphone from Huawei at CES 2015 Las Vegas. This devices features a 5.5-inch 1080p display, a front-facing 8-megapixel camera and dual rear-facing 8-megapixel cameras. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and can be purchased internationally for $399 off-contract.
The Huawei Honor 6 Plus is one of the new smartphones announced at the CES 2015 in Las Vegas. The phone runs on Kirin 925 Octa-Core CPU with 1.8 GHz processor chip. Built with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, the phone comes with an 8MP rear camera and a secondary 8MP front-facing camera.
The Honor 6 Plus comes with 3 GB of RAM and a large 3600 mAh battery. It measures only 7.5 mm thin with its own support for an SD card.
Built with a smooth and fluid OS to navigate, it comes with on-screen navigation buttons similar to the latest OS. While the phone’s OS resembles that of the Android Lollipop, it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. As of this writing, there has been no announced OS upgrade for the Honor 6 Plus.
