To date, we’ve gotten the Nokia 8, Nokia 6, Nokia 5, and Nokia 3. Now it looks like we’re going to add another number to that list.
Images that claim to show a device called the Nokia 2 have been shared by prolific leakster Evan Blass. The renders show a Nokia-branded Android smartphone with front and rear cameras, 4G connectivity, and white and black color options.

Spec details for this Nokia 2 are light, but considering that its number is lower than the Nokia 3, we’re likely looking at a fairly entry-level device here. The Nokia 3 features a 5-inch 1280x720 display, quad-core MediaTek 6737 processor, 8-megapixel front and rear cameras, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage.
Pricing for the Nokia 3 is set at €139 ($165 USD), so the Nokia 2 will likely come in at a lower price. There’s no word yet on when the Nokia 2 will launch or even when it’ll be announced, but it looks like it’s got a simple, clean design and a fairly untouched version of Android, so the Nokia 2 could be worth checking out for folks that are in the market for an affordable Android phone.
