First of all, I just want to thank you guys for going crazy on that thumbs up button on my last video where I demoed the new Hound Beta Search app from SoundHound. As promised, I’m back and I’ll be comparing it to Siri, Cortana, and Google Now to see how each Voice Assistant does. So without wasting anytime, let’s just get right into it. I’m going to go ahead and ask a series of questions to gauge the personalities of each Voice Assistant and just the overall functionality so pay attention closely and let me know which Voice Assistant you think is the best.

• “What’s the stock price of Google?”

• “Where can I get a haircut that’s not too expensive?”
• “Show me Thai restaurants in Portland”
• “Show me hotels in Portland that cost less than $300 a night and have more than 4 stars”

• “What is the population of Japan and China?”

Alright, so there you guys have it. Hound Search vs Siri vs Cortana vs Google Now. I really don’t think there’s a clear winner here as sometimes Hound Search will blow past the competition in terms of speed but fail to deliver basic search results. Siri and Cortana were pretty consistent and Google Now did a good job delivering basic search results.
