Just as expected, the YouTube Kids app is now available for download.
YouTube Kids is available for both Android and iOS, and just as its name suggests, the app is focused on children. It’s got a bright, easy-to-navigate design with larger images and icons as well as parental controls for sound and search. The content in the app has been curated to include family-friendly videos that are separated into four categories: Shows, Music, Learning, and Explore.
Google says that it plans to improve YouTube Kids over time. The app will be available on Kurio and nabi kids’ tablets “soon.”
YouTube Kids looks like a well-designed app that parents can let their kids control to help them learn about shapes, develop skills for using smart devices, and view educational content all at once. You can grab it and check it out for yourself using the links below.
